我記得上一次過嚟呢一個位係食烤魚,但係冇諗過原來轉左手依家係變咗食串燒咁就唯有試吓啦反正都嚟到!串燒我一向都係主打食肉類,所以一開波我就嗌咗個海鮮!雖然佢全部串燒都係有蒜蓉,但係原來可以叫少蒜!真係好貼心!全部海鮮送到過嚟都好新鮮,而且好有鮮味!今次嗌咗蟶子,生蠔,帶子。我覺得最出色嘅就係佢哋嘅聖子同埋生蠔❤️另外都叫咗佢哋推介嘅 蟹粉日式豆腐,個豆腐,外面炸到脆卜卜,入面好滑。最好食就係嗰蟹粉,多到瀉味噌松板豬,爽口彈牙,個味噌醬醃曬入去,燒完之後有啲焦香免治雞肉棒(跟日本蛋) 佢係手打到鬆軟到好似棉花糖,但又爆晒汁,炭燒味夠香,蛋漿360度包住晒!

This time, my friends and I visited Life with Infinite Cup Skewer Shop in Mong Kok for a fantastic skewer feast. Beyond skewers, their Cheese Tteokbokki was a chewy, cheesy delight, served perfectly hot.

To finish on a sweet note, the Hong Kong-style Honey Toast with Ice Cream was simply divine. Crispy toast paired with cold ice cream offered a rich, satisfying ending to our meal.

款式又多燒得仲好好味,雞皮燒到脆卜卜!!

呢間位於旺角高質串燒美食-人生有限杯,有好多好特別嘅串燒食,必定要試佢嘅老油條讓墨魚滑爆芝士,淨係聽個名都知特別,佢將個油條入面釀滿咗芝士,但係中間又放返啲墨魚滑落去,所以一啲都唔會覺得油膩,然後塞爆咗滿滿嘅芝士,啲芝士係多到可以拉晒絲,口感亦都好有層次紫菜椒鹽九肚魚,有時好怕食到啲好厚蛋漿嘅九肚魚,粉漿真係要較得好好,九肚魚除咗要炸得透,個粉漿都好緊要,佢呢度整既粉漿係好薄好脆,然後入邊嘅九肚魚係好鬆化,入口即溶,係完全無渣豚肉荔枝卷呢個菜式好有創意,豚肉本身就有少少油,然後包落去個甜甜地嘅荔枝,竟然又毫無違和感,刷新我味蕾山椒鰻魚汁燒白鱔呢度嘅燒白鱔好值得推介,因為佢嘅鱔唔係就咁加熱,真係燒出嚟,個口感好煙靭彈牙,肉身仍然鎖住啲鱔汁流心蛋蟹籽薯仔沙律呢個啱晒我鍾意清新嘅人食,流心蛋攪拌混合落薯仔度,又香又有有口感,我成碗都食晒其實仲有好多必食選擇都好好食,真係文字無法形容,我自己會推介芫荽雞絲手抓餅,咖喱牛舌菠蘿包,蒜蓉欖角蒸蟶子,牛肋肉,蒜蓉蒸廣島蠔,大家想知有幾好食,就要去試自己試吓
