This time, my friends and I visited Life with Infinite Cup Skewer Shop in Mong Kok for a fantastic skewer feast. Their skewer selection is incredibly diverse, which we truly appreciated! We kicked things off with Salt-grilled Spanish Pork Belly and Black Truffle Grilled Chicken Gizzard. We kicked things off with Salt-grilled Spanish Pork Belly and Black Truffle Grilled Chicken Gizzard. The truffle with gizzard was surprisingly good and made for a unique, aromatic start!
Our skewer lineup included Pork with Lychee Skewers, Salt-grilled Chicken Thighs, Grilled Chicken Diaphragm with Sauce, and Pork with Okra Skewers. Each one was perfectly grilled, flavorful, and tender – just what you look for in quality skewers.
For something with a kick, the Silver Fish with Spicy Salt, Seaweed, and Thai Spicy Sauce was a standout. Its crispy texture and layered flavors were addictive! We also enjoyed the Salt-grilled Pork Ribs, Cuttlefish Paste, Seaweed, and juicy Grilled Prawns – all barbecue essentials done well.
Beyond skewers, their Cheese Tteokbokki was a chewy, cheesy delight, served perfectly hot.
To finish on a sweet note, the Hong Kong-style Honey Toast with Ice Cream was simply divine. Crispy toast paired with cold ice cream offered a rich, satisfying ending to our meal.
To balance everything out, we had refreshing Cold Brew White Peach Oolong Tea and two zesty Lychee Lemon Sodas. They provided a crisp counterpoint to the richer flavors.
Overall, Life with Infinite Cup Skewer Shop offers a wide array of skewers and unique dishes that truly satisfy. Our bill for three came to $695. While a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food and the enjoyable experience made it well worth it!
