1982老字號「陳根記」在沙田禾輋邨冬菇亭紮根30多年,是廣為人知的港式大排檔,陪著不少沙田街坊成長。由於生意愈做愈旺,由早年的一個爐頭十數枱,開到十二爐九十枱。自從1997年隔壁的店鋪離開,陳根記就橫跨兩個大檔口,夜夜爆滿。全場可坐幾百人,每到六點即可入座,過七點就要等位。因為不獲領展續約,2018年搬到石門重開,繼續服務一眾街坊。新店地方企理,裝修盡量跟足大排檔的設計,設大圓枱,菜式不變,雖然加了價,但價錢始終跑贏大市,這裡的菜色相當豐富,更增設了午市。人氣菜式有Wasabi手撕雞、蠔餅、胡椒中蝦、燒乳鴿等。為趕上時代步伐,現已使用QR code自行落單。至於店家多款人氣甜品仍有供應,但食客必須自行到商場內的另一個舖面購買。聽聞「陳根記」2023年7月已正式進軍澳洲悉尼成為跨國企業啦!文章及更多圖片 https://sunny1948.blogspot.com/2024/05/blog-post_19.html…Read More

之前去石門見這間 陳根記 超多人等位,所以就有興趣吃吃看。因為是大排檔就約埋朋友一起去吃,那就可以多點幾個餸。晚上6點前入座的話不用等位,6點後便見到坐滿人,用餐時間會是90分鐘。有實體餐牌,但下單的話會是用QR Code,另外會有店員走過時說今日有什麼招牌菜!?先點了 WASABI 魷魚鬚 (HKD 116) 聽說是這間必吃之一。預想那個醬會是嗆鼻的,但吃落竟然是帶甜味,像有點微微WASABI味的千島醬那樣子。外層炸粉不是脆的,魷魚則幾軟嫩。香煎蠔餅 (HKD 106) 有脆卜卜的口感。蠔好像沒什麼味道,這個一般。椒鹽九肚魚 (HKD 106) 非常酥脆可口,吃的時候還是有熱度的。魚肉也很滑,再加上香口的蒜粒之類更為惹味。而且是真的有吃到椒鹽的調味。聽到店員一直說今天有 芥菜 就點了。很大的一棵,吃落沒有苦味,多嚼幾口還有少許甘甜的味道。油鹽水琵琶豆腐 (HKD 92) 琵琶豆腐看起來跟鯪魚球很像。其實就是魚肉再加上豆腐,口感軟軟的,老人家也能吃。粟米魚肚羹 (HKD 88) 加了胡椒粉會比較有味。…Read More

精精 咩中大宵夜飯堂,當陳根記喺禾輋越做越大,就開始差,附近花圃養滿老鼠,喺花圃食客枱邊走嚟走去.... 自己手寫落單,食蠔餅又唔被魚露,炒蜆無肉又凍又豆粉芡食鼻涕咁, 真係又貴又細碟,搬咗去石門都無再幫襯,幫襯唔落.... 沙田友都係咁話。

游車河諗唔到食乜嘢,突然諗起陳根記搬咗入去石門。好想再食多次佢嘅Wasabi蟹子手撕雞,即刻用Gulu拎位,好彩遲先拎位咋如果唔係去到現場應該有排等!!去到都等多10幾分鐘先入到去,見到職場攞飛嗰啲要等3,40張枱,聽到都覺得絕望。比起之前食過嘅口味,覺得Wasabi味唔算好夠,唔夠攻鼻,冇咁惹味,不過人人口味唔同,可能有啲人鍾意咁樣。好想問阿姐攞Wasabi自己加落去。通菜好夠味,好爽脆,睇啲才閃令令都知佢好新鮮,正。因為得兩個人所以淨係嗌左三樣嘢,第三樣嘢係椒鹽九肚魚,九肚魚好滑,細細隻,連啲骨都可以食埋落去,點埋啲椒鹽同埋醋,好好味。見好多枱人都有叫九肚魚同手撕雞,果然係鋪頭入邊嘅熱門產品。不過今次食覺得好似以前好食啲,同埋鋪頭入邊真係有好多國內人,睇嚟陳根記出名到大陸了。以後要食可能要排更耐,大家要食之前記得攞定飛先啦!…Read More
