好耐無寫食評,今次呢間甜品舖令我有心機寫返,話說有一次去聯和墟食晏,跟住行過呢間舖頭(舖面唔係好特別,但貼滿曬一啲雜誌訪問既剪報),老公竟然停低研究,佢話呢間野既甜品好似某高級酒店既款式,於是就入去坐低(剛剛剩下兩個位),裏面一張L形吧枱,最多坐6人,師傅就係吧枱前整甜品,我地叫左幾款,floating island, 玉桂蘋果批,芥末心太軟,仲有一個造型好特別,會淋啲野上去溶啲朱古力黎食,但唔記得個名。師傅好細心咁叫我地由淡味開始食,於是佢逐樣甜品即席整,雖然要等下先有得食,但睇得出佢既熱誠,同時間老公叫左咖啡,雖然係極簡單地係一個角落自己冲咖啡(亦可自己refill),但老公話杯咖啡既香滑又濃郁,幾款甜品都好好味,尤其是芥末心太軟,超正! 繼續閱讀

好朋友熱烈推介呢度既芥茉心太軟, 雖然本來真係唔係好想黎, 山長水又遠咁入粉嶺, 仲要聽到芥茉心太軟呢個咁怪既配搭. 但由於朋友熱情到車埋我入黎, 盛情難郤, 就黎試一試啦!睇佢呢度店仔細細, 眼見只有5-6個BAR枱位, 咦? 冇人排隊既, 裡面都冇其他顧客既.... 奇怪, 去慣既甜品店都一定大排長龍, 真係靜得咁緊要, 定係太新未為人知呢? 不過一場黎到, 點都要試一試架喇! 我地3個人一人揀一款SHARE 食, 試下不同口味. 我首先揀左檸檬撻, 因為唔係好多甜品店有, 而且一見到檸檬撻响個MENU 度, 諗起檸檬的酸味, 我就已經開始流晒口水, 少少一件, 撻皮鬆化, 檸檬醬細滑, 味道甜酸適中, 非常非常清新可口. 肉桂蘋果批, 肉桂味濃, 批皮鬆化, 入口冇硬掘掘的感覺, 批皮入口就軟化, 加埋雲尼拿雪糕, 甜味剛剛好.芥茉心太軟是必試之選, 蛋糕不是一般的質地, 我唔知點形容, 應該係類似豆沙包既質地? 但朱古力味? 唔知道, 但質地有少少煙靱既感覺, 最期待一刻來了, 是否流心呢? yeah ! 成功流心, 仲要係好滑的朱古力醬, 不像坊間的一pat pat, 哈! 很動人的一刻. 膽粗粗試了一口, 正! 一直以為甜中帶辣會是很怪的事情, 但要更正的, 是甜中帶芥茉味, 並不辣, 有少算芥茉的香味, 也不至於攻鼻, 非常有趣的體驗. 繼續閱讀

最近無聊㩒openrice,睇下自己住的粉嶺區有乜新食店,發現左糖明皇呢間新甜品鋪。雖然係聯和墟有d遠,不過食飽當散步行過去嘆個甜品,其實都唔錯,感覺燒返d卡路里。去到門口,感覺係估唔到間鋪咁細,坐得七個人,不過可能新開張,人流唔算旺,唔洗等就有位。坐低後,甜品師父就開始介紹佢地d特色甜品,今次我地點左Floating Island 同芥辣心太軟。首先上場的是Floating Island,中間有個用蛋白打成的浮島,師父提議我地先淋上大量呍喱嗱汁,再配以另上的朱古力粒,可能我們灑上的朱古力太少,第一啖感覺好味,但不特別。師父話重點係第二啖,叫我們配以碟邊炒過的榛子食用。果然,經炒的榛子帶少許咸味,配上甜甜的呍喱嗱蛋白,的確變得層次豐富,但係又食得出每種味道。由於甜品的味道較輕身,實在很適合女仔。呢個芥辣心太軟實在喜出望外!首先入口係濃濃的朱古力味;中段由芥辣混和朱古力接力,既不辣亦不甜,有香辛料的味道;最後朱古力味伴隨芥辣的刺激一齊攻返上個鼻。下個星期又要搵日行過來試其他~~ 繼續閱讀

floating island︰一個字︰好味  香脆、幼滑、濃郁,入口即溶, 食完有飄浮感覺 wasabi 心太軟︰食識一定食呢個一來wasabi佔的比例唔算多,主要都係食到朱古力味....二來山葵刺激一下口鼻既味覺更能感受到朱古力原有的甘香。呢d細緻位 , 會令成個甜品既味道提升好多, 我諗亦都係值呢個價錢既原因 繼續閱讀

Tempted by the delicate pastries, i went into this little cafe randomly. not knowing what to eat as i just woke up, the friendly servers and chef introduced the special menu to me. The floating island caught my eyes so i decided to give it a try. The chef and the young pretty server prepared the dish before me. It was nice watching. when the dish came, i reli had no idea how to eat it coz it juz looked like a piece of art. seeing my puzzeled look, that pretty server with charming smile explained to me how to eat it. honestly, not quite wanna eat it coz i dun wanna ruin that lovely art piece...The Floating island is made of egg white, smooth, soft without being too thick nor sugary. The vanilla sauce is rich and made with real vanilla! it came with a bowl of chocolate and homemade crunchy caramelized hazelnuts. The nuts were just terrific!!! u could really tell the chef is a professional one who is passionate about and proud of his food. And he was generous enough to offer me with a second helping of the nuts! awesome!!i don't write commentary normally ...but highly recommend this lovely little shop. very fine quality of food, friendly staff and more than reasonable price. Never though such fine delicacy could be found in luen wo market. this kind of small shops with professional chef, friednly staff and fine delicacy should be greatly supported 繼續閱讀
