NINETYs (灣仔)

Came here on Saturday, arrived at 12:15, there were around 16 people queueing outside! Mind you it’s a hot summer day, so at least 6 people in front of us gave up half way! The waitress came out to take out names and gave us iced water, which I thought was a really nice gesture given the heat! We finally got out table at 1:30! The 3 of us ordered a lobster eggs benedict; truffle scrambled eggs on toast; and a peach and orange superfood salad! I had an iced latte and my friends had the orange romance tea! The food was served rather quickly, although they did took an incorrect order and gave us a salmon tartare on toast, but that was rectified quickly!

The lobster eggs benedict was really good, ladled with salty egg yolk sauce rather than hollandaise! It was so creamy and just pure decadence! Lobster meat was alright, the toast was delicious and so was the poached eggs! The superfood salad consisted of kale, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, peach, walnut and yogurt! It was good, and the portion was big! The truffle scrambled eggs was also amazing, although it wasn’t shaved truffle but truffle paste! The eggs were really creamy and the smell was awesome!

I really enjoyed the coffee, and the orange romance tea my friends ordered also tasted really nice - it was a mixture of orange juice and hojicha!

On a side note, since we queued for over 30 minutes, the restaurant even gave us complimentary vanilla ice cream in the end! Once again this kind of service was really top notch!

Paid with my union pay card, and there was a 20% discount! So ended up only around $168 per person! Will definitely come back!

The Poké Co (尖沙咀)

Came here twice in 1 week! Ordered the same thing - creamy salmon poke bowl (minus quinoa cause I am on a low carb diet!) It’s $108, which is average price for lunch nowadays I guess! But the bowl is big and the food portion is generous! The portion of salmon is amazing, and it’s very filling! Also love that there are diced mango, cherry tomatoes, oranges and AVOCADO inside! Mixed greens including kale are crispy! The sauce is good, I think it is citrus mayo!

爆丼屋 (旺角)

中午12點開店時到，有十幾個遊客，不過唔算多人，應該熱潮過左好耐啦。Order左一個北海丼，一個海膽丼，total $502 （咦，點解好似收多左我錢...?)！碗飯唔係好大，不過真係好膩，特別係海膽！好豐富！海膽自己一個人食既話會好飽建議share！海膽既新鮮，幾鮮甜，應該係啱季節，不過當然唔好expect好似係日本食個d咁正啦，ok ge！我唔覺得腥，但見過有評論話唔好食，我同朋友都覺得okay! 北海丼都幾好，好足料！可以encore既，不過可能咁既價錢去高級的日本餐廳吃set lunch會開心d

Dazzling Cafe (尖沙咀)

琴日終於去咗試，想起幾年前啱啱開星期六要等200張枱，幾年後終於可以walk in! 不過好奇怪的規矩，無論有冇order食物都要order飲品，而飲品一點都唔平。Order左 iced cappuccino ($42) 同 水果茶 （$52）。Cappucino略嫌太淡，好多奶，不過係用Lavazza咖啡豆。水果茶可以飲4杯小杯。食物方面Order左珍珠奶茶Waffles（$88），有一球奶茶雪糕，waffle ok鬆軟，好飽肚。鹹點Order左日式炸豬排三明治，好好食！

雖然埋單$302，而只係食比較普通既嘢，但同friend來坐得舒舒服服都ok既，可以encore！

Bakehouse (灣仔)

近期最多人講既cafe/bakery! 好多朋友都來過話好正！星期六9:05am到達，門口已經排左2條隊。裡面已經坐滿人喇，其實9am先開門，究竟d人幾點來排呢？ 9:30坐低，馬上叫左一杯Flat White，一杯Latte （各$32）。咖啡好香好濃，價錢相宜！食物方面叫左Croissant, Pain Au Chocolat and Fruit Danish! Croissant好香牛油味，不過可能我切得衰，影唔到入面蜂巢既模樣！其實我覺得如果遇到croissant新鮮出爐應該會最正，可惜可遇不可求！Pain au chocolat 仲熱熱地，我最愛，好好味，因為佢熱，所以我鍾意pain au chocolat 多過croissant... Fruit Danish好好味，上面d生果好新鮮，看訪問話係老闆每天早上到灣仔街市買既生果！好彩早去，隔離枱10點多坐低，croissant已經買哂，聽waiter説要等2個鐘之後先會再出爐 果然係早起的鳥兒有蟲吃 Total $126!
