午市定食共有十款選擇,全部包括沙律、麵豉湯及甜品,三人以上同行兼各點一個午市定食套餐,甚至免收加一服務費!估計這個優惠只限於星期六日辦公室不用上班的日子,如果星期一至五有這個優惠,餐廳會少了一個賺錢的機會,太不合理了。

麵豉湯沒有驚喜。日式沙律表面有幾粒三文魚碎,算是有些變化,但所採用的沙律菜的苦澀味實在太重,又沒有加入合適份量的柚子醋調味,吃了三分之一就放棄。

揀了一會才找到一個適合小女兒食的定食七味燒鱸魚定食($138),由於七味粉的味道太過刺激,不太適合小朋友,所以要求餐廳完全不添加任何七味粉,燒烤時只添加一些海鹽就可以了。肉質嫩滑,但始終是鱸魚,魚味唔係好明顯。

雜錦刺身拼牛肉生羗燒定食($168)刺身份量比預期中多,甜蝦、三文魚、油甘、帆立貝各兩片,還有一小份海膽。刺身質素算合格,顏色鮮明,仍然保持魚肉彈性及黏性,但溫度太凍,影響了魚鮮。一件壽司刺身的溫度應該盡量接近室温,但很多中下價港式日本料理或質素較低的迴轉壽司店,為了保障食材不會變壞,刺身肯定會長期放在温度偏低的雪櫃內,揑壽司之前又不會預留時間待食材溫度回到室温。本來預期「鳥羽」這種中上價錢的日式居酒屋,加上還有日本總店,刺身壽司在食材溫度的基本層面會處理得較好,結果有所失望。

採用普通級數美國肥牛,雖然說是生薑燒,但薑汁味道並不明顯,反而洋蔥份量相當多,再加上一貫偏甜的日式醬汁,實在和一碗「吉野家」牛丼沒有太大分別,只是牛肉質素稍為好一點點、賣相又好一點點。

是日甜品為椰子奶凍,一個甚少在餐廳吃到的甜品。椰子味道香濃,本身已經有天然的椰糖甜味,而且,椰子這種熱帶生果又相當適合九月份的香港炎炎夏日,有新鮮感!

這個價錢的日式午市定食,雖然已經較銅鑼灣的高級鮨店便宜了一大截;但同區實在還有很多其他日式及韓式、價錢定位又差不多在同一水平的餐廳,若想在午市時段突圍而出、壓倒其他同級日韓系餐廳,一定要再努力。

This place is so good, taste like Japan !Recommended by a trusted foodie colleague of mine so came for a lunch for two on a weekday.

Ordered the Unadon lunch set along with 5 pieces chicken wings (2 sweet soy flavoured 3 salt flavoured)and the deep fried tofu onsen egg. All of which are their signatures.

Words cannot describe how satisfy we were with their Unadon
Grilled just fine with crispy skin and juicy meat, it is heaven together along with the una sauce on rice. You can enjoy the unadon 3 ways - alone by itself ,mix with wasabi and seaweed or pour soup over rice from the teapot (soup pot). I personally like itself with wasabi and seaweed while the bf prefers the soup rice method.

The chicken wings were also surprisingly tasty. The flavouring they used was quite different from many rest of the jap restaurant out there. Definitely another must try


Onsen egg was also great but my best is still unadon and chickenwings
Both just as wonderful. The set also came with chocolate or tofu pudding. Again, both delicious. (I like the tofu more as I'm not a huge chocolate fan).

The price seems bit expensive for a lunch set but the satisfaction from the quality of their food afterwards is all worth it.

I am so happy to have found this restaurant, another fav to add to my list. Can't wait to come back again

喺Openrice食評中得知腐皮溫泉蛋有好高評價,甚至話有驚喜,我地一於試下點解咁正。賣相好吸引,見到溫泉蛋流心又有蔥花,放入口,第一就食到腐皮好脆蛋好滑,但係咩味道都食唔到!腐皮真係好健康既純腐皮味,而溫泉蛋亦似乎無調過味....其實佢既口感好豐富,可惜腐皮又唔甜唔鹹,就算落左七味粉都係偏淡。我地對佢予好低分,因為實在毫無味道😓

我同男朋友都好鐘意食鰻魚飯,為左滿足一時口慾,特登黎食佢既鰻魚飯!果然係馳名,鰻魚厚肉鬆軟,充滿鰻魚油香,鰻魚汁浸落飯入面每啖都好香啊!好彩最想食既野有水準,珍珠飯個人覺得有少少硬,加左茶變茶漬飯大大有改善。不過鰻魚飯黎到既時候我地2個好努力食緊另外3碟野,待應解釋完食法就拎起個飯碗蓋走左,我即刻叫待應但佢秒速頭也不回,我再問可唔可以要返個飯蓋因為我地仲食緊其他野,佢有啲面黑咁唔出聲即刻比返個蓋。其實從食客角度諗,食緊成檯食物,個飯自然會攤凍左,結果有蓋住飯都有少少硬,無蓋住凍左可能仲硬。

加上,由送上第一樣菜式起,服務速度其實非常快,可能近出菜位,亦因為咁全餐飯過程我地都被睇得好實,例如最後一串雞肉串一拎起放入口,就即刻被問可唔可以收走隻碟,每隻碟都係咁,好似比人趕咁,而且好尷尬每次一放野入口就過黎,果一秒我地個口有野都答唔到,其實佢地觀察得咁入微,可以控制速度等人地至少夾起放低先問會令客人舒服啲,而且全程都有幾對眼望實張檯,都幾唔自在。

我見呢度服務咁主動迅速加上係中價日本餐廳先覺得意外,但服務又唔係差。成餐飯老實講食得並唔輕鬆,好似樣樣都要快啲食完快啲走咁,其實我地都係用左1個鐘15分鐘完成4樣野+1個飯+2杯酒,以居酒屋飲酒速度絕對係快。

最後埋單都唔平,2個人食左$1100-1200。過左口癮就算喇。

跟同事去吃了晚餐,最惊喜的就是鳗鱼蛋和鳗鱼三吃。我爱吃鳗鱼,而这鳗鱼被蛋包裹,日本蛋卷的清甜以及口感跟鳗鱼搭配很棒。鳗鱼饭是该餐厅招牌,鳗鱼肥厚多汁且米饭粒粒分明,但是服务员例行公事般快速念诵三种吃法后离开让我不太满意。虽然也点了其他,但是普通,还是鳗鱼值得一试。

農曆年去了名古屋旅行,試過當地的有名鰻魚飯三吃,一直都好想再吃,發現銅鑼灣也有名古屋料理,亦有鳗魚飯三吃,就約了朋友一起去試。我們6:30到不用等有位,坐下有醬汁煮螺前菜送,味道一般偏甜!朋友叫了手卷和串燒青椒,味道也是一般!我們再叫了雞亦和鰻魚飯,雞亦很香脆而又不太乾身,夠入味,偏辣,但好吃!到鰻魚飯上塲,好期待!第一吃純吃魚和飯,這𥚃醬汁不多香濃,但鰻魚夠厚身和多肉,飯是珍珠米,軟硬適中,合格!第二吃是加山葵,紫菜和蔥攪混再吃。第三吃是加湯,都免強可以!

本人特別喜歡大蔥納豆,納豆食落沒有了濃濃嘅發酵味,配上萬能蔥花,提升了免治雞肉嘅味道又健康。

一直聽友人說銅鑼灣有一家提供多種鰻魚飯吃法的日本餐廳,今次終於有機會試試。知道這兒的Lunch比晚餐抵吃,價錢便宜一半,百多元可埋單。不過,職員說晚餐的鰻魚部位較午餐MENU的肥美,我們也就點了三式鰻魚飯試試。如何三式?1)原味2)茶潰3)Wasabi。我愛試魚本身的味道,自然覺得原味是最好的。鰻魚很滑,近乎沒有刺,算是鮮甜,但吃下去總有種腥味? 在東京試過米芝蓮一星的尾花鰻魚飯後,咀變得很挑剔,Toba的鰻魚在香港來說也算是Above Average了。What impresses me more is its 腐皮溫泉蛋。從照片中,可以看到蛋漿流心的程度。咬進口,腐皮都滲透著半熟蛋的味道,很令人回味。我們另外點了豆腐,很滑,很香豆味,不過友人嫌它味道太淡,I find it quite OK.
