與大學同學有一段長時間沒有見面大家出來工作後 各有各忙難免生疏不少每次只好相約聚餐來聯誼今次相約於銅鑼灣鎖定登龍街覓食因為星期五晚上每間店都很好多排隊等位最後友人早到 先行取位對我個人而言 除左位於九龍城泰菜館我是看不在眼內的但今次控制權不在我手~但有驚喜wo每碟都大大碟 裝得滿滿的我們一行六人除左枱上之外 還有炸蝦丸 薄餅 值得一讚的是它的咖哩雞雞肉的份量絕不欺場生蝦十分生鮮 一碟有8隻生菜包 份量超多 多到不夠生菜去包~豬頸肉沙律 醬汁不錯但一點也不像沙律因為肉多過菜蒜蓉包 薄餅配上咖哩吃很配合 熱辣辣唯一不好的地方是吃的時候手會弄髒 要不斷抹手餐廳可考慮提供紙巾或濕紙巾每人都叫了一杯飲品 沙冰和椰青椰青非常正 又大隻 很清甜 內裏的椰肉亦可以吃

值得一讚的是它的咖哩雞
雞肉的份量絕不欺場

豬頸肉沙律 醬汁不錯
但一點也不像沙律

因為肉多過菜

蒜蓉包 薄餅配上咖哩吃
很配合 熱辣辣
唯一不好的地方是吃的時候
手會弄髒 要不斷抹手
餐廳可考慮提供紙巾或濕紙巾

每人都叫了一杯飲品 沙冰和椰青
椰青非常正 又大隻 很清甜
內裏的椰肉亦可以吃

不得不贊泰成的冬陰公是牛暫時在香港吃過最好味的。牛本身對冬陰公興趣不大,因為以前吃過的冬陰公都偏重咸辣,但泰成的冬陰公給人很fresh的感覺,大大個蕃茄,適度的酸辣,就算本身不吃辣的我也可接受。

登龍街出名多拉麵店,但我相信好多人都唔知其實呢到有一間泰國廚師既泰國菜館。係既…因為無咩裝修丫麻。隨便叫左幾樣野,豬頸肉可能係呢間鋪頭最好味既菜式,豬頸肉厚身但唔會韌,食入口有肉汁。乾炒雞肉河炒睇賣相就覺得細碟左少少,不過味道正常,河粉亦都唔會炒到斷晒,夠鑊氣又夠乾身。蝦餅我就覺得未夠好,個皮唔知係咪太油,令到我覺得即使剛炸起都有啲淋,同埋啲餡都有啲散。

看過網上介紹,幾乎每五個客人就會有一個點金邊粉,心想不會太差吧!
一看顏色,已經有點中伏之感,平日吃到的是橙紅色,粉條很分明,但驟眼看上去粉條是很鬆散。
味道當然如所見的,缺乏予炒金邊粉應有的蕃茄味道,配料亦不夠鮮味,像一早預先煮好的感覺。整體來說,味道還是合格的,但稱不上及格。

星期五happy Friday! 每每星期五晚搵位食飯,間間都大排長龍!放左工就係銅鑼灣覓食,最後決定食位於登龍街的泰成菜館!呢到的環境就一定無高級餐廳咁雅緻,但小店最有人情味!等左大概十五分鐘就入座。係銅鑼灣來講都叫快!坐低左就立即落單,兩個人就叫左3樣野。食物好快送上,而且質素一點也不馬虎!先上左個馬拉盞炒通菜,馬拉盞真係我的最愛之一,入口咸咸香香,相當惹味,令人不能停口!之後就上左個炸蝦餅,叫左個細的,有三件。炸得香香脆脆,而且大大塊,相當抵食。最後上埋個金邊粉就剛剛好,粉量都叫大碟,夠兩個人食,而且絕對keep 到一貫的水準。唯一美中不足的係,無比到辣椒粉、花生碎 etc.香港太多連鎮店,無論去到邊區,總有一間係你附近。支持下小店都係不錯選擇,今晚餐飯兩個人加埋二百蚊有找,相當抵食!

在香港, 要食到正宗泰國菜其實唔容易, 因為香港人大多食不到太辣, 所以泰國菜普偏係香港都係辣中偏甜的,而依間就算係我食過正宗的, 是辣的菜就真係堅辣!!!生蝦刺身, 上面放有蒜片同一條辣椒, 包住一齊再點汁, 係辣得過癮, 而生蝦肉彈牙爽口, 很新鮮, 感覺令人回味, 食完一隻想再食多食的那種, 小食拼盤, 有泰式魚餅, 這個太乾了, 而且很重香葉味, 個人不太喜好, 但春卷就炸得很香脆, 蝦都算大隻, 入面肉還很熱, 有少少肉汁, 點泰式辣醬一流!! 蝦餅又係炸得好香脆, 而且蝦膠肉厚大件且打得好好!! 另一方面, 可能而家天氣比較熱!! 店鋪門口又長期開門沒關上, 所以比較熱, 可以改善!!

生蝦刺身, 上面放有蒜片同一條辣椒, 包住一齊再點汁, 係辣得過癮, 而生蝦肉彈牙爽口, 很新鮮, 感覺令人回味, 食完一隻想再食多食的那種, 小食拼盤, 有泰式魚餅, 這個太乾了, 而且很重香葉味, 個人不太喜好, 但春卷就炸得很香脆, 蝦都算大隻, 入面肉還很熱, 有少少肉汁, 點泰式辣醬一流!! 蝦餅又係炸得好香脆, 而且蝦膠肉厚大件且打得好好!! 

另一方面, 可能而家天氣比較熱!! 店鋪門口又長期開門沒關上, 所以比較熱, 可以改善!!

年三十的一個人午餐到了登隆街隨便入了這間門面簡陋的泰國菜館一泰成菜館。店子小小, 雖然裝潢没有任何特色, 但是感覺地道。午餐選擇多, 大都是四五十元, 在銅鑼灣都算便宜。選了泰式海南雞飯$48。雞已起骨而且雞肉嫩滑,味道不錯; 沾上自製的醬汁另有一番風味。雞油飯味香濃, 但是有些飯焦痴在一起。湯超咸。凍奶茶+$6泰式奶茶好濃茶味偏甜, 都係鍾意港式奶茶多D。

今日同幾個朋友黎左依到食飯,都唔錯既,都係叫小食多首先係一個冬蔭公,味道唔算話非常辣酸,比起其他出面既會易入口少少,做法就港式少少, 真係幾岩口味既不過,料既份量都算幾好,大蝦,草菇,仲多多好多既香茅算係唔錯。不過泰式生蝦就有少少失望,比較細隻左少少,唔算太新鮮,醬汁唔算出色, 蒜加埋青檸同生蝦好似唔夾,唔算太好。反而泰式蝦春卷就唔錯,好足料又有粉絲,冬菇絲、紅蘿蔔絲同埋蝦。春卷外皮炸得好好,最緊要唔算太油,咬落去夠哂脆,雖然個餡有少少粉粉地,不過味道都算唔錯,炸左之後蝦都有少少鮮味,算係唔錯。依個我自己好鍾意,糯米釀雞翼,雞翼好大隻,全因為個雞翼塞滿哂糯米係裹面,雞翼大到好似雞脾咁。眼都突埋,果然依到既炸野係非常出色,外皮都係做得好脆,加埋酸辣醬,好惹味。加埋個糯米有少少甜,有少少臘腸碎同花生,夾埋味道唔錯。

今日lunch經過,決定試下,見佢小店但個樣好似好正宗價錢唔貴,大概HK$50就可以食到個lunch,仲飲埋特飲!抵!叫咗個炒豬頸肉金邊粉,炒得好乾身之餘,仲好夠味!豬頸肉亦都好「諗」呢間泰棻絕對可以encore!
