今日黎到呢間生記海鮮飯店同媽媽慶祝生日,估唔到可以意想不到咁好食。我哋叫咗個鹽焗雞,隻雞望落平平無奇,其實相當入味,每一件味道都好好,唔會太咸。之後黎嘅椒鹽鮮魷真心覺得好正,個粉漿一啲都唔厚,啲魷魚又新鮮,所以整出黎特別好食。再叫咗個薑蔥蝦乾爆鮑魚,啲鮑魚都幾大隻,啲蝦乾嘅精華入哂啲鮑魚度,好爽好彈牙。最後黎埋個白菜仔,為今餐慶生飯劃上句號。

懷舊餸菜的餐館, 老店在老區, 自然保存著一份味道。2款前菜, 不用多說雲耳爽口, 皮蛋彈牙白灼鮮尤, 火候剛剛好, 彈牙又唔老煎藕餅, 不過不失以前的家常菜, 令人回憶整頓飯最弱的一味, 雞味欠奉炸工可以的, 可惜味道上扣分已經忘記了的豬潤湯不腥, 肉薄, 小朋友也讚好蟹控必試梅子汁的酸甜味把蟹原味引哂出來蒸茄子, 無得輸沒有帶子, 換上茄子, 一番新味道水準之作2大發明發揮得好好傳統糕點米芝連, 無可否認帶來一班生客, 要保持老香港的粤菜味道, 介紹給各地的人, 加油啊

最後只係影左呢碟白糖糕,食到最後酒樓會送既。平時我唔係好鐘意食白糖糕,因為唔鐘意個陣酸味,但呢碟真係幾好味,唔太酸。所以就算食飽左,我都忍唔住食左3舊哈哈!

P.S. 呢到待應叔叔好熱情,會同你傾下計之餘,係我地ORDER時仲會不斷比建議我地,怕我地叫太多食唔晒,幫我地預份量,好NICE呀!

踏入生記,比到我既感覺係一個字,老!裝潢老氣、食客老,侍應老、連菜單全都是老家常菜,彷彿時光倒流20年。也許就是這份老的原因,差不多每碟餸菜都令我讚嘆不已,完全感受到老師傅(我猜測是老的)的功力,刀工好、炸野好、味道好,連一碗粥一碟炒飯也做得非常之咁出色,平凡菜中盡見不平凡,也能吃到唔係度度有更加唔係度度好食既厚切豬潤枸杞(超勁潤味),藕餅又係勁好食,食完即刻覺得平時酒樓食到果d係不值一提。其實仲叫左好多餸不過清得太快相都無機會影。待應的功夫也是一流,盡見歷練!我個人認為呢度既食物係有酒店級粵菜既水準,比一般連鎖酒樓超班太多!!如果同屋企長輩食,唔要求高大上環境同名貴菜式既話,我覺得呢度係好好既選擇😍😍

今晚一早訂好位, 友人特别點名要吃 ~ 泥鯭粥, 買哂就無, d泥鯭新鲜不在話下, 重要是來自大海, 無泥味, 兼無甘多污染! 魚的 size ok 㗎, 內臟清潔得很好, 無
反而魚的甜味落哂去綿滑的粥内, 呵呵, 無幫魚仔拍寫真添, 不好意思, 皆因太飢餓了

今日在灣仔和朋友聊天後,打算在此區晚飯,想起上次登門此店卻原來己爆滿,今日姑且再闖一樓。到時剛好6 時,櫃面說今晚已滿但若7時許走可以騰一張枱給我們。我們當然卻之不恭。記得以前我常帶朋友來吃,大家都很喜歡這店的傳統菜式。反而自此店得到米䒦蓮垂青後我很少再來。今日是10號,但枱上只有一張父親節餐牌,店員忙解釋,一張餐牌前後兩頁紙,一目了然,目的是方便大家叫菜。 心想現在生意難做,店員也懂得語言藝術。我們叫了招牌古法鹽焗雞、家鄉手磨蓮藕餅及百花蒸豆腐。 雖然三個菜,但己經差不多要五百元,古法雞有點少,肉質雖頗嫩但貴了一點。 蓮藕餅和豆腐份量大,保持質素,但我們覺得價錢又貴了。我們聽到附近兩枱人都各向自已親朋說了同樣評語:「貴左」。不知是租金加了還是米䒦蓮效應。對我們來說,可惜今次吃完沒有了以前的滿足感。 自己都有點為自己的感覺嘆了一聲。

今日是10號,但枱上只有一張父親節餐牌,店員忙解釋,一張餐牌前後兩頁紙,一目了然,目的是方便大家叫菜。 心想現在生意難做,店員也懂得語言藝術。

我們叫了招牌古法鹽焗雞、家鄉手磨蓮藕餅及百花蒸豆腐。 

雖然三個菜,但己經差不多要五百元,古法雞有點少,肉質雖頗嫩但貴了一點。 蓮藕餅和豆腐份量大,保持質素,但我們覺得價錢又貴了。

我們聽到附近兩枱人都各向自已親朋說了同樣評語:「貴左」。不知是租金加了還是米䒦蓮效應。

對我們來說,可惜今次吃完沒有了以前的滿足感。 自己都有點為自己的感覺嘆了一聲。

我和同事都喜歡光顧生記食lunch,質素唔係差但唔認同佢係米芝蓮囉?唔通晚飯和午飯既水準差咁遠?我地點左西芹炒蝦仁、芙蓉蛋、蒸豆腐同埋豆腐火腩魚塊。其實唔係話難食、但真係好一般茶記水準囉,咁佢既價錢係抵既、67元一個飯跟一個餸和一碗例湯,其實以中環灣仔呢d地方黎講係好抵既。但係我覺得食咁既質素不如是但去一間茶記好過。所以我次次都係跟大隊、同事唸唔到食乜咪去幫襯佢囉,我都無所謂既但好唔agree佢呢間米芝蓮囉。我寧願價錢貴d、真係比到米芝蓮既lunch我就會開心好多囉

Delicious - especially the Salted Chicken and the aubergine. Will definitely be making this our local go to with friends. I like that you can take wine if you have a special wine and the corsages appears to be reasonable - we didn’t this time but will consider this for next time.

經常到這裡附近,聽朋友講過。可是就是沒有機會去嘗試。今天難得有空,便與友人一起去嘗試過午餐。 雖然餐廳所在位置鄰近地鐵站(步程5分鐘內),可是它是位於一幢大廈內一樓。大廈門口只有一個燈箱指示,會較容易錯過。 餐廳門口貼了「米芝蓮推介餐廳」。 走進去,餐廳的內部環境似乎有點簡陋。 由於未到午飯時間,因此不多人,有不少空位。 但令我感到奇怪的是餐廳員工告訴我們需要搭臺,方可享用特價午市優惠。於是我們便只好搭桌。 我們從餐牌上叫枝竹炆牛筋腩和川椒雞球。 我較欣賞的是川椒雞球,因為香味濃郁,而且所有雞球經已去皮,更顯細心。它所用的雞肉亦嫩滑。 而枝竹炆牛筋腩這道菜雖然味道亦可口,可是牛腩略嫌細小及炆的時間可能過長。 整體而言,這間餐廳的性價比較同區同類型餐廳為高,值得一試。

我較欣賞的是川椒雞球,因為香味濃郁,而且所有雞球經已去皮,更顯細心。它所用的雞肉亦嫩滑。 而枝竹炆牛筋腩這道菜雖然味道亦可口,可是牛腩略嫌細小及炆的時間可能過長。 整體而言,這間餐廳的性價比較同區同類型餐廳為高,值得一試。
