二話不說,先來一客枝豆和雞泡魚乾,
枝豆暖暖的上枱,一大碗,份量唔少,亦唔會煮得太腍,有咬感,加上少少青海湖鹽調味,食得份外開心

牛肉唔需要燒太耐,所以通常都係牛肉先到,
蒜香燒牛肉,有少量蒜茸及大量蔥花鋪喺牛肉面,入口有一陣濃烈嘅蒜香及蔥香,並冇喧賓奪主嘅感覺,反而蔥蒜嘅清新感覺,更能把牛肉嘅肥膩口感冲淡,與燒牛肉味道相襯,而且牛肉並冇燒得過火,內裡肉汁仍然豐富,好食
;不過印象中,跑馬地燒鳥亭嘅蒜香燒牛肉,比南亭更出色
,有時間的話,真係要再去尋味一番。

再來的,就是
燒鵝肝,雖然索價$98一件,但份量十足,鵝肝內亦冇血管、血筋,絕對係法國鵝肝
,非平價貨色,外表燒得香脆可口,內裡卻軟腍味濃
,雖然鵝肝本身不需任何醃製,但師傅嘅燒功就絕對重要,否則又點可以燒到外脆內軟呢

燒雞翼,很喜歡日式鹽燒雞翼,雞皮燒得脆卜卜,冇哂雞油,冇哂皮下脂肪,乾身香口
,雞肉則依然嫩滑多汁,真正皮脆肉嫩


燒雞軟骨,係全港最好食
,好食不只燒功了得,仲要食材上乘;南亭嘅雞軟骨,細細粒,粒粒都係軟骨,帶少少肉,係真真正正嘅少少肉,絕對唔係坊間嗰d大大粒,肉多過軟骨嘅呃秤貨
,加上燒得乾身,非常惹味香口,咬落唔硬,有嚼頭,脆脆的,難得
;如果雞軟骨太大粒,就算燒功有幾了得,都冇法將軟骨燒得香脆好嚼,所以坊間大大粒嘅雞軟骨,唔食都知唔好食

雞皮蝦卷,哈哈,又係雞皮
,冇辦法,雞皮確實燒得好,其實雞皮蝦卷,係先用紫蘇葉包著一隻海蝦,再喺外面包一層薄薄嘅雞皮,包得非常扎實,絕對唔會散開;雞皮當然燒得脆皮香口,蝦亦有少許鮮味,肉爽,唔梅,加上紫蘇葉嘅香味,係唔錯嘅配搭,值得encore

燒雞皮,記得多年前曾經食過,印象麻麻哋
,因為雞皮串疊一起燒,並不是攤開整塊雞皮來燒,燒得不夠徹底,所以有些雞皮部位唔夠脆,而且食入口,感覺亦好似食豬油咁,所以並唔推介


再來
軟骨雞肉棒,就是將雞軟骨剁碎,混入免治雞肉內,再搓成棒狀,加上秘製醬汁燒;軟骨及雞肉都剁得幼細,入口絶冇實崩崩嘅感覺,腍糯之餘,又有軟骨嘅嚼頭,亦係一個唔錯嘅選擇

三個人,輕易地將整支真澄七號飮清,本來想要支北海道男山,可惜全店只得一支,剛剛被第二枱客要了
,店長親自來賠過不是,但又豈是他的錯呢?根本我哋都冇示意店員為我哋留酒
,我哋只好開多支真澄七號;但店長非常好客,亦相當健談,仲話有支
獺祭二割三分,係早兩天跟朋友飲剩三分一,如果我嘅唔介意,就請我們一起飲,我哋當然卻之不恭
,友人仲話呢支二割三分絶對係極品,二割三分係代表精米度23%,即係一粒米,會將77%外層磨走,只剩低23%嘅米心來釀酒
,係日本清酒中,幾乎係最低精米度嘅清酒之一
,友人記憶中,就只有龜之甲二十二及壹十四嘅精米度喺低過二割三分,一般嘅純米大吟釀,精米度都只不過是介乎40%至50%左右;店長小心地將支二割三分倒入個sake壺中,再斟俾我哋,香味不足
,相信是由於已開了兩天之故,但香味優雅,非常清新,呷了一口,順滑圓渾,一種好柔和嘅感覺,你會感覺到d清酒好溫柔咁係你口腔中,行來行去,遲遲都唔捨得離開咁
,非常幼細,餘韻悠長,果然係極品
;但正正由於佢淡淡嘅優雅,友人覺得清飲或伴以一些比較清淡嘅食物,才可欣賞到二割三分嘅優點,若以濃味食材佐酒,只會糟蹋好酒一支,我亦有同感

串燒大虎蝦,非常大隻,肉質爽嫩,亦有鮮味
,蝦膏唔算多,ok啦,鹹度亦適中,止於蝦殼,惹味之餘,唔會令蝦肉變質。

燒鵪鶉蛋,雖然並不是什麼名貴食材,但偏偏就不是隨處可以食到,鵪鶉蛋嘅膽固醇份量比雞蛋低,食多一、兩隻都無妨
,正因為鵪鶉蛋比較細,受熱部份比較多,所以當師傅把鵪鶉蛋嘅表面燒得焦焦地,加上秘製醬汁,一啖咬落去,蛋黃及蛋白份量唔會過多,掩蓋了醬汁嘅味道及焦皮嘅香口,正

燒白鱔,都算厚身,外表燒得亁脆,加上青海湖鹽調味,把腥味辟走,而且咬落唔會鬆散,少少彈牙,唔錯

燒粟米亦隨後而至,唔知是否潮流興食得健康,粟米燒完好似冇燒咁
,仍然係黃色一枝,所以我哋冒昧要求燒焦一點點;三數分鐘後,我哋與粟米再回面,今次就好得多,明顯地見到有d焦焦地,非常吸引
,唔似係日本粟米,但亦非常清甜,粒粒肥大飽滿,好食,自己總是燒不到這種效果。

最後,友人叫了一個梅子燒飯團,而我哋兩口子就要咗個蕎麥冷麵;
燒飯團賣相吸引,整個飯團都燒得脆卜卜似的,講真,望落似炸飯團多d,哈哈

至於我哋個
蕎麥冷麵,用一個竹盤,放咗一撮冷麵,上面灑咗幾粒芝麻和紫菜絲,而個竹盤嘅作用,就係用來隔開d水份,令到d冷麵唔會水汪汪,亦方便醮麵汁
,除咗一碗麵汁外,仲有wasabi、蔥花、蘿蔔茸,冋一隻鵪鶉蛋,呢隻鵪鶉蛋嘅作用就大囉,簡直起咗畫龍點睛嘅作用,令嗰麵入口滑得多
;我習慣先將wasabi放入麵汁攪溶,因為wasabi需要壓溶,所以先處理,再將隻鵪鶉蛋放入麵汁打勻,最後就將蔥花和蘿蔔茸一起放入麵汁,這樣的麵汁,有酸有鹹有辣,有蔥花嘅清香,又夠滑,加上一陣冷冰嘅感覺,非常正
;即刻夾了一撮冷麵,醮上精彩嘅麵汁,加上麵條嘅煙韌,絕頂嘅美食

雪米糍,雖然店長已為我哋一添再添,但始終都及不上雪糕球那麼好味和吸引

1月5日, 112週月快樂~~~!! 今晚決定同阿比食d貴夾唔飽大餐慶祝一番~ 喺我地貴夾唔飽嘅選擇入面, 串燒都算係表表者! 左揀右揀, 做串燒做得比較專門同出色嘅, 睇怕都非南亭莫屬~

我地先點咗個一人餐~ 都可以試勻好多種唔同嘅串燒! 仲有野菜沙律、麵豉湯同白飯~ 野菜沙律有西芹、青瓜、紅蘿蔔同椰菜, 全部都非常新鮮! 點少少醬汁食有開胃作用, 就咁食又可以refresh下口腔~ 非常好!

有d求其地將呢個全餐最貴嘅單點同個一人前d串燒擺埋一齊… 鵝肝表面有層薄薄地嘅粉衣, 已經燒到脆卜卜~ 內類就保持油潤~ 算係唔錯~ 不過就唔算係必食.

食串燒梗唔少得呀菲最愛嘅燒粟米!!! 差唔多等咗成餐飯先燒好上菜~ 一嚟已經忍唔住食咗一條先影相…粟米外衣燒到脆卜卜, 咬落去卜一聲爆出鮮甜玉米汁~~~ 真係好好味!! 直頭係比雪糕糯米糍更好嘅甜品!!

飯團亦係南蠻嘅名物之一, 同呀比一人一個~ 我地要咗一個三文魚一個饅魚餡. 有塊新鮮紫菜包住嘅飯團外面飯粒燒得焦脆乾身, 直頭近乎飯焦質地, 好香口! 飯團內部則保持軟熟甜糯~ 老實講其實餡料味道唔算濃, 但在外脆內軟嘅飯團包圍下, 餡料反而屬於次要了~

成日都覺得食串燒係貴夾唔飽, 但原來唔洗好貴都可以食飽飽~ 今次大包圍式試咗好多款唔同嘅燒物, 樣樣野都幾好味! 加上可以直接望住師傅喺串燒爐密密燒, 食物未入口已經感受到師傅嘅用心~ 正所謂慢工出細貨, 由於真係即叫即燒嘅關係, 有部份食物都真係要耐心d等候先有得食! 不過喺等食時可以欣賞下師傅嘅功架, 都可以算係晚飯嘅一大娛樂~

每次順序order 由清到濃味
首先燒豆腐, 青椒, 豬肉露荀卷 - 豆腐皮脆內滑, 青椒爽脆, 豬肉露荀卷是頭一round 之精華, 熱辣辣而且豬肉汁與露荀配合得天衣無繨,
再來燒白膳,雞翼及牛脷 - 白膳肥美脆口, 雞翼皮脆肉滑, 牛脷則肉質口感豐富, 多汁唔乾
最後叫燒羊架及鵝肝慢慢嘆 - 羊架肉質豐富,多汁, 鵝肝邊邊脆口, 肉地熱辣辣嫰滑, 回味無窮
每人叫了一杯唔同果味之果味酒約$35, 感覺比叫清酒來match還好,
有次有小朋友最後多叫了一熱一凍稻庭烏冬, 烏冬滑一滑, 凍烏冬也正好幫口腔清一清, 過一過冷河

日式爐端燒專門店,配一壺清酒,頗適合三五知已邊吃邊傾計。串燒款式繁多,整頓飯點了十多二十款。較好吃的有牛舌、(普通)雞翼、牛肉稻庭烏冬及粟米。不作推介的有日式芝士年糕,紫菜腍的,芝士味唔夠香,年糕囗感一點也不煙韌,似吃薯蓉多一點。其餘款式評分都OK喇,未算很突出,其餘食肆也不難做到差不多水準。

Nice place except that it was noisy because the staff were moving panels and the room next to us were very noisy.Food and service were nice. I would recommend ox-tongue and beef. Mushroom with minced chicken was also nice. Others were just average, and most dishes tended to be too salty. This really challenged my taste-buds.Nice place for gathering after work and chit-chat (an alternative to pubs) with few friends but not for a sit-down dinner for a group of people.

- 白xx菌 x 2串: 就係3顆菇........ 都係燒出來的.... 好味... 不過都係喇, 本身都已是好味的材料... (around $30)

吃完Pizza Express, 覺得唔夠飽,於是找上了南亭,打算吃些日式串燒。燒雞腎 -- 很好,剛剛熟,不會太乾,味道夠燒雞軟骨 -- 野味燒豆腐 -- 我一向不愛吃豆腐,但燒得真不錯,配汁很好吃燒蒜頭 -- 第一次吃,燒到蒜頭已有粉狀的口感,不錯燒豚肉露荀 -- 豚肉很薄,令露荀十分入味,又一個不錯的選擇三個人,每人叫了一杯果味酒,幾好喝。待應全部都很年輕,服務態度也不錯,值得再來。

first time tried this japanese "chuen sui"restaurant~ very good!the food is all good in average~ i tried 8-10 types of grills. my fav recommendations:silver cod fish, cherry tomato with bacon grill~ lamb ~ corn~the asparagus with pork, however, is not as good as i thought. it's good but compared with other grills, i wont choose it.
