烤春鸡先在秘鲁国民辣酱Ají panca中腌制,吃起来带着温和的辣度、复杂的香料辛味和回甜,一点烟熏感跟烧烤肉类又很般配。鸡肉肉质紧实、柔韧多汁,任凭肉香充盈在口腔。搭配的炸紫薯片虽然酥脆,但没有酱汁吃起来没味。

To start, we indulged in the Salmon Tiradito, featuring Norwegian Salmon with a delightful Aji Amarillo emulsion and a touch of Togarashi. It was a burst of fresh flavors that set the tone for the rest of our brunch. 🐟🌶️

Next, we savored the Mixto Ceviche, a vibrant combination of Tuna, Octopus, and Scallops, accompanied by a tantalizing Rocoto Emulsion. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the zesty flavors danced on our palates. 🦑🍅

One of the highlights was the Truffle Scallops, which showcased perfectly cooked Scallops adorned with Ikura and Shiso, all drizzled with a luscious Truffle Yuzu Sauce. It was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that left us craving for more. 🌟🍽️

As we explored the menu further, we couldn’t resist trying the XOXO Chicken, a Peruvian Karaage Chicken Thigh dish served with Padron Peppers and a delightful Rocoto Mayo. The chicken was tender, and the flavors were simply irresistible! 🍗🌶️

We also relished the TACOS DE CARNE, featuring succulent Peruvian Beef Stew paired with creamy Avocado Mousse and a hint of Chipotle. 🌮🥑

To complement our meal, we enjoyed a selection of wines and classic cocktails from the package. The drinks were expertly crafted, enhancing the flavors of the dishes and adding a touch of elegance to our experience. 🍷🍹 We love the mains and live music there as well!

This is like my fifth or sixth time here. First time to visit on a weekend for brunch. Sadly to say, I was hugely disappointed.1) When arrived, we were given a table near the bar. The view was partly blocked by the curtain. We tried to open the curtain a bit only to find that the window sill was on packed with sundry. 2) The table was not ready or cleaned when we were taken to it- looked dirty and messy with crisps on it. The waiter only cleaned it very roughly. No water was served when seated.

3) The food was served way toooo slowly. We waited for half an hour to get our first plate, which didn’t look nicely displayed to me (see picture 1). We were not even half way through our meal after 1.5 hours.
4) The air-con was dripping from the ceiling. Just ridiculous.
5) One waiter double served one dish. And he always served without any introduction. Just dropped the food and left. Seemed very unprofessional and rude.

6) some staff was sitting next to us dealing with receipts. He talked very loudly, almost like shouting.

My supposedly intimate brunch with a friend ended up as a sandwich between 2 big parties plus super loud music so we had to shout to converse.I guess it was too busy, dishes cane slowly and no one bothered to explain them. The let down was the desserts. The menu said it was a dessert platter but it was actually a dessert buffet with mostly just cheap fruits and a chocolate fountain. Overall, not a pleasant experience for HKD1000+ per head.

甜品有仼食的朱古力噴泉⛲️,好飽呀~

當日與朋友到訪,瘋狂仼飲4小時,不但品嚐到多款高級又好喝的酒,也吃到好多美食😏。而且餐廳氣氛非常好👍🏻,埸內有樂隊表演,人人又唱又跳🎶,𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫到不行呀~

They don’t answer calls . Tried calling ICHU on Monday for booking and dialed at least 10 times during the day till evening . Then tried next day still no answer .Booked via Dining City website for Thursday evening at 6pm. Kept receiving reminder email from Dining city till we arrived at 6pm , ICHU is closed for private party. Seriously ? What a big joke ! ICHU doesn’t need business and don’t answer calls . Dining city sucked !

P.S: 餐廳外面仲有個露天地方,都幾寬敞!平時週五至日會有駐場DJ,有唔同雞尾酒飲可以chill番一晚。
