約人係居酒屋食飯都係一個幾唔錯嘅選擇,未人齊前都可叫住小食/黎個Happy Hour。所以與食力組組員飯聚就約係呢間。樓底夠高,聽住輕快歌曲,坐吧枱位置,仲可以望住師傅係半開放式廚房處埋串燒。 未開餐,先嘆杯凍飲。呢度除咗多款特色酒類飲品,當然亦照顧埋唔飲酒客人。呢杯雜錦果茶 ($58),甜甜地嘅茶中有多種生果,如藍苺,士多啤梨,橙,西柚,青檸及檸檬,顏色吸引之餘,份量都足夠成餐飲。呢客三代目軟殼蟹沙律 ($138),係餐牌中係有個Must Try字樣,咁好難唔叫喎 (哈哈…)軟殼蟹開半,入口亦有熱度,咬落唔會一口油; 沙律配料仲有沙律菜,烚蛋,車厘茄,芒果粒,紅莓乾粒,蘋果粒,芝士粒及脆米,再淋上開胃千島醬汁,真係幾惹人胃口。友人係玉子控,尤其係食居酒屋必叫小食,呢客厚燒玉子 ($38)都難逃佢個胃。一客4件,夾少少蘿蔔蓉配食可中和甜度,驚喜位係好夠熱度,口感軟綿又唔會好甜口。另一樣必叫嘅係厚切牛舌串燒 ($68/2串)口感爽脆多汁,有嚼勁而唔韌,堅正。今次試下明太子芝士椰菜燒餅 ($68),長方型嘅燒餅都係第一次見。燒餅餡料以椰菜絲為主,軟腍中又帶點爽脆度,即使再”舖”上明太子醬/燒餅醬汁,都唔會覺得好膩又到咗呢度嘅名物,重量級火焰原隻鷄腿 ($138)出場啦,差唔多每枱都叫,即使開初無叫,見到隔離枱上菜後都會加單。原隻勁量鷄腿,仲有椰菜作配菜。侍應之後淋上酒精再點火(記得預備手機影相呀)火焰十秒後就熄滅,之後侍應再幫忙分拆鷄肉鷄皮上灑上辣椒粉,令鷄肉變得微辣,肉質嫩口又帶點燒烤味,有視覺亦有味覺享受,果然係名物呀。友人想再飽足d,黎多客A4和牛稻庭烏冬 ($128),份量都可二人分享,但一人獨食就更滿足。未全熟和牛薄片舖滿碗面,遮蔽咗湯烏冬,先呷一口清湯,再將嫩口和牛與烏冬一啖放入口,佢話身心靈即時得到滿足。而我呢碗日本產鷄肉辛辣稻庭烏冬 ($98)亦唔野少架。清湯與辛辣湯二選一,好明顯係辛辣湯跑出。日本產嘅鷄肉好難唔令人偏愛,入口嫩滑又無咩脂肪,連埋稻庭烏冬一齊滑嘟嘟入口,辣椒粉輕輕發揮佢嘅辛辣作用,再飽都食得晒。建議想食嘅真係要訂位,今晚全店爆滿,食完呢餐就知理由。 continue reading

今天跟媽媽來<Firebird>撐枱腳來了,是銅鑼灣的一間日式居酒屋。適逢餐廳8週年,在舉行一個很有趣的小挑戰!只要$8﹐就可挑戰在限時30秒內用特定的超長筷子把魚生夾到小杯中,夾得多少就有多少!第一次玩這種食店的挑戰,非常緊張,但是原來30秒是挺足夠的!我們剛剛好30秒就把所有魚生都夾到碗中了,只要$8非常抵吃!最近來吃這餐廳的就不要錯過了!另外點了一個特上牛肉盛合﹐總共有五吋串燒, 右2的是壽喜燒卷還配了生雞蛋一起吃,很美味!最左邊配著大蔥的那個牛肉粒是霜降A4和牛,還有厚切的牛舌,可以一次過滿足對牛肉的各種需求!但喜歡吃牛舌的人絕對推介點的這一個壽喜燒!配的是和牛片,固然很好吃,但最驚喜的是除了一般的娃娃菜、菇類跟豆腐外,鍋內還有一些牛舌粒,應該是事前已調味並用高壓鍋煮過的,所以口感一級棒!完全不會像平日燒牛舌一樣燒久了一點就會變得很硬,肉質100分,令人喜出望外! 串燒&壽喜燒都比較濃味,所以我們也點了飲品,水果茶挺不錯的!大大杯,內裡有很多水果!主食要了松葉蟹肉稻庭烏冬,除了蟹肉還有一點蟹籽粒增加口, 而且湯汁內還有蛋白跟豆腐,是比較濃稠那種,有點像沾麵似的,不會很寡淡但也不會膩。又是滿足的一餐!我們這天是平日晚市來,也挺多人的,所以最好事前訂位。 continue reading
