今天跟媽媽來<Firebird>撐枱腳來了,是銅鑼灣的一間日式居酒屋。適逢餐廳8週年,在舉行一個很有趣的小挑戰!只要$8﹐就可挑戰在限時30秒內用特定的超長筷子把魚生夾到小杯中,夾得多少就有多少!第一次玩這種食店的挑戰,非常緊張,但是原來30秒是挺足夠的!我們剛剛好30秒就把所有魚生都夾到碗中了,只要$8非常抵吃!最近來吃這餐廳的就不要錯過了!另外點了一個特上牛肉盛合﹐總共有五吋串燒, 右2的是壽喜燒卷還配了生雞蛋一起吃,很美味!最左邊配著大蔥的那個牛肉粒是霜降A4和牛,還有厚切的牛舌,可以一次過滿足對牛肉的各種需求!但喜歡吃牛舌的人絕對推介點的這一個壽喜燒!配的是和牛片,固然很好吃,但最驚喜的是除了一般的娃娃菜、菇類跟豆腐外,鍋內還有一些牛舌粒,應該是事前已調味並用高壓鍋煮過的,所以口感一級棒!完全不會像平日燒牛舌一樣燒久了一點就會變得很硬,肉質100分,令人喜出望外! 串燒&壽喜燒都比較濃味,所以我們也點了飲品,水果茶挺不錯的!大大杯,內裡有很多水果!主食要了松葉蟹肉稻庭烏冬,除了蟹肉還有一點蟹籽粒增加口, 而且湯汁內還有蛋白跟豆腐,是比較濃稠那種,有點像沾麵似的,
