基本上老闆每次開會都一定要食住飯開,仲大多數會係哩間中菜到開,貪佢有房,環境好,又靜,啲野又好食。所以每次開會都係掛住食。琴晚又上去開食飯會,一嚟飲返碗老火湯先,青紅蘿蔔粟米湯,正!因為自從搬左出去獨居之後,好少有湯水飲,哩度既老火湯好呀媽風味。飲完湯之後,開始有啲熱。平時都只會覺得凍既我,竟然覺得熱,原來係因為佢地個冷氣壞壞地。不過餐廳經理都好窩心,即刻就拎把冷氣風扇入黎。真好!今次食左乜?食左荷葉蒸鷄,土魷肉餅,菜心炒牛肉!非常家常便飯,但真係好好味,好健康,因為明顯食到少油少鹽。我諗佢地真係連味精都冇落,至少我食飽飯之後,冇喪飲水。不過天氣咁熱,希望冷氣快啲整好啦~

非常家常便飯,但真係好好味,好健康,因為明顯食到少油少鹽。我諗佢地真係連味精都冇落,至少我食飽飯之後,冇喪飲水。

Sautéed Prawn with Salty Egg Yolk-  the presentation didn’t give any justice of its taste.  The salty taste and crispiness on the outside made it more interesting to explore what’s the taste on the inside. The prawn was juicy and the freshness remained.

Stewed Chicken with Hua Diao Wine - the taste of this dish is remarkable for me. I had this dish before but this is better. It has that great taste keeps lingering in my mouth. The combination of Chicken and Hua Diao Wine made it tastier. I smelled the intense aroma that increased my appetite,  but the presentation needs a bit of improvement.


 I really like it. It gave me a new perspective on Chinese food/ local food.  And didn’t go somewhere else to eat again because it made me full. Would love to come again.

又到母親節嘆茶時間, 今年選擇黎到位於銅鑼灣CUBUS 飲茶, 噗一盅兩味。 原來CUBUS 基本上主要都係食肆,不過交通就不太方便,搭地鐵到銅鑼落都要行上十分鐘左右,鄰近利園。點解我地會選擇慶有餘,係因為朋友力讚佢地係以冇味精 even 鷄粉及少油鹽糖。因為訂左枱既關係,所以唔使等,即刻可以入位。一坐低,细佬已經急不及待咁點了幾樣點心及小菜。因為Full house 同係即叫即做既關係,所以都等左一陣。黎到果然冇令我失望,當然都一定要食蝦餃,一食便知龍與鳳。新鮮既石榴配蝦球,兩老竟然想再翻單。我就比較新野,上素餃係一個唔錯既選擇,鮮什菇配以黑松露,皮薄料多,都只係$45 only.... 抵!最緊係每款點心及小菜都好夠熱。

Have tried this Cantonese Cuisine in Cubus, Causeway Bay near Lee Garden.  When we entered the venue it's quite impressive, the decor is very traditional. We came for a banquet and had food that was tailor made.Don't exactly know the name of the dishes because we didn't need to order. Anyway, the food was good, especially the Smoked Chicken, I don't think they put MSG as I don't taste any on the food. In my opinion, the presentation needs a bit of improvement.I would love to go again with friend

We just passed by and wanted to eat some Cantonese Cuisines, their staffs were very accommodating and attentive even we did not have any booking. We tried the Baked Fresh Crab meat with Cream Sauce in Shell and Smoked Chicken with Longjing Tea Leaves. Very yummy It Seems healthy as I only tasted very small amount of salt and no MSG on it.We love to come back and try their other signature dishes.

香港人每個星期都會同家人去飲茶,我也不例如。但我不會光顧大集团連鎖店,因為大部分点心都是工廠生產!我會選擇較细酒樓有点心師駐場,价錢比大集团更便宜。但今天一改習惯,去了一間專門食府。星期六中午人不多,夠清静。兩个人点了:1. 紅燒BB乳鴿:皮脆肉嫩有多汁入味2. 番石榴帶子餃:石榴清香,皮溥,蝦夠爽兼搶口,不足之處就是吃不出帶子,但仍然超好吃,建議改為番石榴鮮蝦餃。3. 黑松露上素餃:黑松露夠多又香,一口甘香!4. 豬潤㕚燒腸粉:豬潤不老 (不易做),粉皮有回感,最重要盛碟子都是預熱的。5. 南翔小籠包:關鍵在于湯包, 做得出色!6. 久違了的古法千層糕:回復了當年牡丹閣的水準總體非常出色,比多一倍價錢是物超所值!

筆者之前已到訪過慶有餘數次,每次用餐體驗勻是正面。適逢初三團拜聚會暨長輩生日聚餐,再訪喜慶處處年年有餘的慶有餘絕對是合適穩妥的選擇。餐廳的舞獅掛飾,在新年期間顯得份外合時,而年花大吉及全盒更是新年不可少的裝飾品。有別於之前嚐過的菜式,是晚點選的美饌以懷舊菜式為主。小吃香煎蓮藕餅,香口脆感只屬中規中矩,尤以略為實身的口感失分較多。香芒沙拉大蝦球是之前試過的菜式,香芒麻醬汁確是醒胃吸引,而蝦球經炸香後更多添一份惹味。另一鮮蝦菜式是粉絲皇帝蝦煲,相比大蝦球,菜式用上的皇帝蝦更為大隻。筆者沒有親嚐皇帝蝦,未知水準如何。而煲中的粉絲,做得乾身上味,富一定功夫。生蠔兩味,薑葱生蠔是相對傳統的口味,生蠔肥美確是不錯,但薑葱給力不夠強。而砵酒生蠔是較西化的做法,成品留有一陣酒香,相比之下後者食味較佳。瓦撐花雕雞與砵酒蠔一樣用酒恰宜,留香而不霸道。雞肉嫩滑度則普普通通喇!鮑汁柚皮海參鮑香雖不算濃,但也無損柚皮的可口度,炆得入味腍身。慶有餘傳統八寶鴨是功夫之作,在已去骨的鴨殼中釀入各式各樣的食材如蓮子、肉丁、冬菇、鹹蛋黃、糯米等等,食味濃香多樣化,鴨肉鬆軟,製作不錯。瑤柱扒豆苗的豆苗選材水準上佳,綠嫩清甜

筆者之前已到訪過慶有餘數次,每次用餐體驗勻是正面。適逢初三團拜聚會暨長輩生日聚餐,再訪喜慶處處年年有餘的慶有餘絕對是合適穩妥的選擇。

餐廳的舞獅掛飾,在新年期間顯得份外合時,而年花大吉及全盒更是新年不可少的裝飾品。

另一鮮蝦菜式是粉絲皇帝蝦煲,相比大蝦球,菜式用上的皇帝蝦更為大隻。筆者沒有親嚐皇帝蝦,未知水準如何。而煲中的粉絲,做得乾身上味,富一定功夫。

據知原來這家餐廳標榜選用的大部份都是優質及新鮮的食材, 例如吃豬要吃無激素豬, 牛肉要用牛頸脊, 雞肉不用冰鮮貨等等, 而且所有菜式點心都不含味精, 也會少油, 少糖, 少鹽等, 可謂吃都吃得相當講究. 而餐廳總廚更是請來曾任半島酒店嘉麟樓的楊煌平師傅來擔任, 難怪短短時間巳能獲選全港15間最佳廣東菜餐館之一, 或是位在百大廣東餐館排名內.

看看餐牌, 想不到這裡供應的菜式可真不少, 除了貴價的山珍海味之外, 餐廳亦有不少家常廣東菜, 每碟平均百多二百元, 屬中上級價位, 不過這天我們來的目的是飲茶, 點心紙提供的點心其實不算多, 但就並非是大路的蝦餃燒賣那麼簡單, 反而當中會有些比較特別的點心例如黑松露上素餃, 鵝肝鮑魚酥, 鮑魚糯米雞等等, 其實一份只由數十元起, 比起晚市便宜得多, 但單聽點心名字就有夠豪華了!

我們人多可以點多一些點心來試試.

一籠四件看來跟一般燒賣沒太大分別. 不過看真一點, 原來燒賣的頂端多放了一片帶子呢, 加上一小堆紅彤彤的蟹子, 令整個燒賣的造型更顯得高貴俐落~夾起來發現燒賣體型都頗大顆, 淡黃色的外皮做得十分軟身又夠薄, 咬下去帶子雖然偏薄不過肉質仍頗鮮甜, 而底下的豬肉吃起來十分爽口有彈性. 雖然豬肉甚多, 不過吃了一整件都不會很膩, 也比一般燒賣味道來得更鮮香.

相比起剛才的帶子燒賣, 這個番石榴帶子餃的造型就吸睛得多了! 一籠三件不過每件體型更大, 翠綠色呈半透明的餃子皮非常透薄, 把內裡的帶子餡料包得像花朵一樣, 上方還放有一小堆晶瑩剔透, 帶淡粉紅色的石榴肉, 整個賣相絕對能討女孩子的歡心吧!! 席上不少女生急不及待便舉起相機食先了. 先試試頂端的石榴肉, 原以為會是爽身的, 不過一咬下去原來有點像啫喱糖的感覺, 煙煙韌韌帶點彈牙, 當中帶著淡淡的石榴清香, 而餃子皮透薄得來也具彈性, 內裡就是一大片的帶子加上幾顆蝦肉, 口感甚為爽脆, 也覺清新, 原來不只賣相佳, 連味道也十分不錯.

平時吃得太多肉, 這天就點了幾款素食的點心來讓腸胃清新一下吧. 點來一客素春卷, 一碟三條開半, 只見春卷皮炸得金黃亮麗, 外皮相當乾身, 油份不多, 咬下春卷皮時 ''卡滋''一聲的非常清脆, 皮薄得來真香脆感十足, 而內裡原來塞了一大塊牛油果, 木耳跟冬菇絲等配料, 入口清爽得來又帶點豐厚的感覺, 牛油果亦夠軟夠棉, 帶點微甜, 雖然說是素點心, 但吃起來層次感十足, 一點也不''齋''.

記得小時候宅女不太喜愛吃芋角, 皆因每次吃都覺得太油膩又太滯. 但長大了試過好幾間高質點心才發現原來不是自己口味問題, 而是從前吃的芋角質素問題而已. 好吃的芋角除了外層要炸得夠輕夠酥脆之外, 內裡的芋蓉也要打得夠滑. 這天遇到的芋角外表平凡, 不過咬下去時外皮夠鬆化, 內裡的芋蓉結實得來十分軟棉, 香甜味美. 而中間更是加入了鮑魚粒作餡, 醬汁香濃得來不會過咸, 整個芋角吃起來更鮮香, 絕對是中上佳的水準!

雪山叉燒包巳不是什麼新鮮事, 隨著那家米芝蓮點心店的興起, 現今大大小小的酒樓或點心專門店均見其蹤影. 不過說做得好吃的呢? 正當龍頭大哥水準都有下滑之時, 其實認真算不出幾家是真正好吃. 我們按人頭份下單, 上來每人都有一個, 看看外層那個脆皮烘得帶點金黃, 沒有發黑, 相當漂亮. 咬下去皮香又脆, 內裡的麵包也十分軟熟, 而中間的叉燒餡亦塞得滿滿的, 最喜愛的是醬汁夠多又夠香濃, 但不會過咸, 每一口都能嘗到那份濃郁的味道. 整體來說驚喜雖然不算大, 但好吃是肯定的.

正當雪山叉燒包的味道還在咀裡徘徊之際, 這個超份量的鵝肝鮑魚酥就上場了! 豪邁一點來個每人一件, 看看鮑魚酥放在碟上堆砌成像花一樣燦爛, 單是看著放在上方的幾隻鮑魚巳相當有看頭了. 整隻鮑魚酥的體型其實不大, 只有大約手心的大小, 不過咬下去撻皮還是暖烘烘的, 十分鬆化, 而鮑魚細細隻, 但想不到十分厚肉, 質地彈牙夠鮮味; 鵝肝可能早巳被鮑魚搶去了風頭, 所以味道沒太突出. 但整個撻無論是賣相或是味道都有著相當的份量感.

吃了好幾款點心, 友心提議既然一場來到, 沒理由不點個招牌菜試試.

侍應捧上來時便看到那搶眼非常的鮮紅色醬汁, 實在吸引! 看看用上的腩排都被濃濃的醬汁所包圍著, 原來這個就是用上了本地無激素的''健味豬''腩排, 看資料這種豬最大的特點就是以純天然素食來飼養, 比起一般的豬肉更低膽固醇及高鈣質, 聽起來的確好像可以吃得更安心呢~而醬汁就是自家泡製用上新鮮士多啤梨打成果醬, 再加入蘋果醋製成, 入口肉質十分軟嫩, 當中帶著點點肥脂, 豐腴之中不過膩, 但最喜歡的還是那個士多啤梨汁夠香濃, 士多啤梨味十分突出, 不會過酸, 用來伴飯真是一流!

一碟九百多元的肉餅早前弄得滿城風雨甚至還上了報, 表面看似很誇張, 其實再細味一下整件事, 發現餐廳收費又不無道理. 不過反正並非當局者, 誰是誰非也不好深究, 還是醫肚最實際. 同樣點來一客肉餅, 沒有加大份量, 沒有另加蟶子, 切實的收費HK$168, 說貴其實又不貴, 份量都夠5-6人來享用. 肉餅內加入了北菇跟吊片, 入口帶著點點咸香鮮味, 而肉質也打得十分彈牙. 這樣的水準加上這樣的價格其實一切都來得很合理.

千層糕一向不是宅女的最愛, 因為一來怕肥, 二來怕滯. 不過這天看到的千層糕一籠四件, 每件四四方方十分的骰, 看看中間黃白相間層次分明, 夾起來入口仍是熱呼呼, 雪白的包皮咬下去十分軟熟亦夠輕身, 中間黃色的部份不是坊間隨便用的奶黃餡, 而是真正按照想當年的傳統製法, 用上肥豬肉加砂糖來做成這種''冰肉'', 內裡還有咸蛋黃跟椰絲作伴, 單是以這種古法來製成巳加分不少, 誠意的確可加. 千層糕吃起來有著滿口濃郁的咸蛋香, 豐香順喉, 口感亦不油膩, 小小一件巳有十分滿足.

平日上酒樓吃的總是奶黃包, 其實近年不少地方都可以做出合格有餘的水準了, 所以來這裡如果再吃奶黃包就沒新意了. 看到居然有奶白包出現, 名字挺新鮮的, 決定點來試試看. 上來一籠三年, 白雪雪, 漲卜卜的外表看起來跟奶黃包沒兩樣, 拿上手還是熱騰騰, 咬開來才發現漏出來的不是平日看到的奶黃, 而是奶白色的奶白啊! 據知原來這個奶白是用上日本雞蛋的蛋白, 再加上北海道牛乳製成, 質地帶點濃稠感, 入口沒有預期中那麼濃的奶味, 反而吃出點點杏仁味, 有點像杏仁茶的感覺. 不過甜度適中, 吃起來也較清新, 算是不錯.

埋單二千多元, 除開每人大約HK$260左右. 吃到七成飽, 剛剛好.

食物大部份都甚有水準, 而且較一般酒樓點心來得更精緻, 食材配搭也更豪華及講究一點. 當然價格也會成正比.

當然這種地方不是普通家庭每個星期都能來飲茶消費的地方, 但如果耐不耐帶父母來一次, 或是跟長輩來慶祝吃個中菜/點心的話, 無論環境, 食物, 服務都值得推薦的.

海鮮三弄魚蝦蟹,先吃松茸露筍泡斑球,斑球肉厚味鮮,滑度不算突出。露筍選材爽嫩,但其中有一段有渣,有點美中不足。香芒沙拉大蝦球出品夠大隻,香芒沙拉汁甜酸有緻,醒胃可口。蝦球經油泡後外皮酥脆,但稍稍厚了少許。蝦肉肉彈,食味不俗。至於粉絲膏蟹煲,以兩只一斤重的膏蟹煮製。膏蟹多膏無欺場,味道甘香吸引。蟹肉味道亦交足功課,量多結實,鮮甜好吃。因蟹膏甘香及蟹肉甜味盡滲於粉絲當中,其味道亦算佳品。
