今年夏天,個外炎熱。這個時候吃酸酸甜甜的越南拌粉,再合適不過了。此店還有一大特點,就是配得沙律菜特別多。我們點了兩道招牌菜:牛油果野菌豆腐素檬和河內炭燒豬肉檬,味道非常不錯。首先,牛油果野菌豆腐素檬不錯,一整塊牛油果的奶油口感和野菌的鮮香完美結合,豆腐的軟嫩質地更增添了層次感。胡蘿蔔和青木瓜絲沙綠,再配合酸甜汁與涼檬粉拌勻味道相當棒。而河內炭燒豬肉檬則展現了正宗越南料理,豬肉經過炭燒處理,帶有獨特的炭香味,用湯汁和酸甜汁拌檬粉,這種濃郁的組合真是很好。

唔知我咁講會唔會有錯,越南牛河嘅精華就係湯入邊,特別第一啖。好多年前呢間餐廳就出名多人排隊,價錢合理。裝修咗之後價錢貴咗其實都好正常,但質量真係要keep返咁上下先得。嚟過大概五次,堂食份量(外賣除外),環境,座位樣樣其實都唔錯嘅…….問題就出現咗喺個啖湯到,湯嘅味道唔算特別濃,第一啖入口絕對唔會嘩一聲,越食越有河粉味,遮蓋晒成個牛湯味,而加湯好似係$28。食過佢嘅撈檬,又係個汁我覺得唔夠濃。最後真心建議如果要一前一後上主食,唔好隔太耐時間,等又唔係,河粉索晒啲湯又要俾錢又委屈….. 細節位都要對得住個價錢嘅…咁讚吓佢啦都。光線係非常好嘅,而且唔會有人吹你食完快啲走。佢個燒牛肉都燒得唔錯。

午飯時間喺中環覓食,幾乎間間餐廳有人等,依間都唔例外,都係要係出面排隊,好彩等咗兩個字左右就入得。我叫咗碗生牛肉湯河粉,Pho望落都幾大碗,河粉都頗多,芽菜、青檸等部份配料係分開上,可按個人喜好自行添加,枱上亦都有唔同經典嘅越式調味料,生牛肉上枱時有微微嘅粉紅色,唔算好生不過未到全熟,再浸一浸湯就啱啱好,牛肉啱唔錯,但係湯底偏鹹而且唔算十分熱,整體嘅印象係平平無奇,以中環地段嚟講$88一碗還可接受。

Who doesn’t like 𝙋𝙝𝙤 when it comes to vietnamese cuisine? 🍲 BEP is definitely the choice if you’re looking for some good pho. My favourite one is 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥, loved the tomato soup base, and the crab meat and shrimp balls that comes along with it 🦀 Their 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙍𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙋𝙝𝙤 is equally good 🥩 Soup base is excellent, and the beef is pretty good as well! They also have snacks to go along with, got to try them next time!

My favourite one is 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥, loved the tomato soup base, and the crab meat and shrimp balls that comes along with it 🦀 Their 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙍𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙋𝙝𝙤 is equally good 🥩 Soup base is excellent, and the beef is pretty good as well!

They also have snacks to go along with, got to try them next time!

曾幾何時中環嘅越南河開到一街都係,到疫情爆發之後,執下一間,執下又一間,而家要係中環食到一碗令人滿意嘅生牛河真係唔易。呢間係中環咁耐,一直都無緣光顧,是日特登去試吓。點了生牛肉河拼牛丸,配炒通菜一碟。配料嘅芽菜同香葉份量足,牛丸同牛肉普通,無論是湯底、河粉都極其普通。比較特別嘅係配了一條小油炸鬼,就咁咬落去又凍又硬,當然,是用來浸湯吃的,但浸咗湯之後,基本同發水麵包冇乜分別。炒通菜OK,惹味。如此這般貨色,配埋飲品,盛惠167,只能說是因為在中環貴價地段,若論菜式品質的話,絕對不值這個價。
