喺利東街最入QRE Plaza呢間嘅老字號秋田鐵板燒刺身專門店,最受歡迎嘅應該係呢個秋田二人前套餐,每位$950起,如果想要和牛厚燒價錢則係$1150。餐廳環境相當闊落,有好幾張鐵板燒枱。先黎嘅係前菜鐵板雞泡魚乾以及季節沙律,同時師傳亦準備緊魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋,呢個蒸蛋滑嫩,上面嘅魚籽同鵝肝帶俾蒸蛋多一份鹹香同油脂香氣☺️鮮活龍蝦🦞二人前有成隻活龍蝦,每人半隻,龍蝦用上牛油以及龍蝦膏作主要調味,新鮮爽彈味道濃郁👍🏻而龍蝦頭亦會點火燒香以作之後嘅龍蝦清湯,火焰show相當吸睛🔥原隻鮮活南非鮑魚鮑魚好厚肉,配上加入新鮮嘅紫菜煮成嘅忌廉汁,味道濃郁口感彈牙☺️香煎頂級鵝肝 或 香煎北海道帆立貝每人可以揀一款,我哋就一於嗌晒2款,鵝肝好大一塊,表面酥脆入面則綿到化開,會配上酸甜味嘅黑醋汁中和返油脂感。刺身級大大粒嘅帆立貝煎到半生熟,表面配咗柚子胡椒帶出帶子嘅鮮味😍鹿兒島霜降和牛厚燒和牛厚燒無論香氣,油脂香都非常出,而用鐵板高溫先可以完美地將和牛表面煎到金黃香脆入面柔軟,搭配山葵、蒜片及昆布鹽會有唔同風味🤤秋田炒飯 炒野菜就到尾聲,黎嘅係櫻花蝦煙肉炒飯以及蒜蓉炒野菜,再加返龍蝦清湯甜品幾有新鮮感,係用鐵板即燒嘅銅鑼燒,入面包住十勝紅豆,另外仲有雪糕,可以夾埋黎一齊食😍師傅好有心機最後送上鬆弛熊一隻,祝願大家身體健康❤️ continue reading
