行完PQM,行完大館,行過來方便。此意大利餐廳浪漫醉人之處,有露台可欣賞大館美景。室內用餐對住金光璨爛的酒櫃,不難營造浪漫感覺。美食方面如果想食埋甜品的話,3-Course Dinner Set 比散叫較合適,再加個main份量就剛剛好,人均消費最低要$350的,味道方面正常發揮,主要食環境~3-Course Dinner Set $398 (1 Antipasti or Insalate + 1 Pizza or Pasta + 1 Dolci)(即係頭盤/沙律 + 披薩/意粉 + 甜品)Antipasti: Piovra +$58薄切八爪魚口感軟腍,配火箭菜和巴馬臣芝士,淋上檸檬柑橘醬汁,酸酸地幾開胃。Margherita DOP Pizza7吋薄餅以蕃茄醬底加上厚厚的Mozzarella水牛芝士,有拉絲效果,非常美味,素食者之選。Tiramisu Classico以杯裝呈上,層次分明,面層Mascarpone芝士軟滑細膩,口感creamy,手指餅濕潤有咖啡酒香,以此甜品作結甚為滿足。Sugo all'Arrabiata $188同樣以蕃茄醬煮的長通粉,加點白酒少許黑椒粉,酸辣美味微微酒香,味道唔錯。 continue reading

餐廳有露台位置可以望到大館,配合埋不同顏色的燈光同多種植物,有種好relax的感覺。可惜今日冇book枱,露台座位已經full booking。我地兩個人叫左一個4 course dinner set $498同兩杯飲品,已經飽到食吾晒,因為份量超大。🧆Polpetoni自家制安格斯牛肉丸,juicy 多汁,有濃濃的番茄醬同巴馬臣芝士的香氣,幾開胃。🍕salmone Nero一上枱已經好吸睛,黑色餅底,有淡淡的炭烤味,煙韌有口感。用料都好豐富,有煙三文魚同黑魚子,滿滿的芝士,仲有拉絲效果😋🥩punta dance叫左medium rare, 上枱係嫩滑的粉末色。比較特別係用鐵板上,所以肉質外面香口,裡面juicy。🥠Cannoli傳統西班牙甜點,卷形的香脆酥皮入面包住香甜奶油,外面仲有朱古力碎同乾果。🍹Mango rush🍹Pineapple juice🌟🌟餐廳環境真係好好,原來星期四至六的十點後仲有live music 。另外dinner set 性價比真係超高,好適合慶生聚會。 continue reading

今次真係要高度讚揚男朋友搵到呢間咁浪漫既餐廳慶祝紀念日天氣仲要咁配合唔落雨兼有微風, 坐係露台簡直係一種享受望住周圍既高樓大廈同對面既有歷史氣息既大館, 係浪漫既逢星期4-6 晚上9點開始仲有現場樂隊表演, 個氣氛更加之正!!!我地星期4去客人唔多, 慢慢食慢慢聽下歌, 過左一個好愉悅既晚上雖然係中環, 有景有音樂有美食但唔係離地價錢每人叫左個3 course既dinner set, 慳慳地唔叫酒都係800幾蚊兩個人最重要係食物質素真心唔差前菜Vitello TonnatoVeal, tuna sauce, capers, Parmigiano Reggiano 24M shaves小牛肉裡面包住刺山柑同埋芝士片Parmigiano Reggiano同平時既Parmesan Cheese唔同, 呢款係義大利芝士之王, 使用當地符合規定製程既牛奶, 而且熟成至少12 個月, 奶香味非常rich, 較厚身但易碎前菜 PolpetoniHouse-made Angus beef meatballs, Italian tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese牛肉波波既肉味好突出, 蕃茄醬帶微酸甜令肉球唔會太膩, 平衡得唔錯Tonno PizzaMozzarella di bufala Campana DOP, Artisan tomato sauce, tuna, onion, fresh oreganoDOP即係意大利產物原產地保護制度, 保證產品係源自某些地區, 非常講究pizza上面既topping好豐富多汁, 如果香料味再添多少少就不得了不得不提佢既餅底好好食, 輕微既crust邊香脆但批邊內裡仍然帶嚼勁係會令人想再回頭食既pizza!Alla BologneseSpaguetti slow-cooked beef ragu, Grana Padano經典既菜式, 意粉既掛汁部份都做得出色, 整碟意粉都保持到應有既濕潤感調味唔會過重, 仍然可以食到牛既原味Tiramisu Classico非常大一杯既甜品, 濃咖啡中和芝士既甜膩, 再有陣陣酒香既加持Cannolli脆桶入面裝左甜既 ricotta, 表面有橙皮, 黑朱古力, 開心果全份甜品都唔會過甜 continue reading

同朋友👱🏻‍♀️嚟咗呢間專門食意大利菜🇮🇹嘅餐廳🍽️開餐🤣叫咗一個 $398 嘅 3-Course Dinner Set ~ 1 Antipasti or Insalate + 1 Pizza or Pasta + 1 Dolci,即係 自己揀 1個頭盤/沙律+1個披薩/意粉+1個甜品;另外我哋再加多1個沙律🥗😋ANTIPASTO Vitello Tonnato 材料包括 veal, tuna sauce, capers, Parmigiano Reggiano 24M shaves;小牛肉肉質幾柔軟;最特別嘅應該係個醬汁,係加咗打到溶咗嘅吞拿魚,又滑又有吞拿魚味😋;Parmigiano Reggiano 我不嬲都鍾意食,呢個24個月嘅 味道夠濃郁😋SALAD $198 Frisella (呢個係另外加嘅)材料有呢啲:dough crust, burrata, tuna, tomatoes, olives, anchovies, oregano, lemon zest, basil, extra virgin olive oil;首先賣相靚靚🤩,又紅又綠🤣;跟住就係材料好新鮮,無論吞拿魚、蕃茄、橄欖等都好新鮮😋;再跟住就係主角 Frisella 意大利🇮🇹麵包,硬硬哋又脆脆哋又有少少似餅乾要嚟做墊底👍;仲有我好鍾意食嘅 burrata cheese 🧀 ,Burrata 係意大利🇮🇹 cow milk cheese,原料有 mozzarella,外層少少煙靭,裏邊有 Stracciatella di bufala 同埋 忌廉,好香滑😋;呢間餐廳用大大粒原粒嘅 Burrata,加上其他所有新鮮食材配埋 Frisella 麵包一齊,真係食得好暢快🤣PIZZA Salmone Nero材料有 back pizza dough, Artisan tomato sauce, mozzarella di buffala Campana DOP, cherry tomatoes, smoked Atlantic salmon, fresh rocket, smoked black caviar 😋;最欣賞就係佢嘅 charcoal dough,有焦炭香味,真係幾smoky,大廚👩‍🍳話係用高質素 edible charcoal 加入 24小時發酵嘅生麵糰做出嚟,所以外邊脆脆哋裏邊少少煙靭,黑鼆鼆有焦炭味,真係好味😋;mozzarella di buffala Campana DOP 應該係意大利🇮🇹水牛芝士🧀,好香濃(DOP 全寫係 “Denominazione di Origine Protetta”, 即係 Protected Designation of Origin,通常係指保證由意大利🇮🇹某地區出產)😋;另外又加咗啲魚子醬🤩,呢個係超高質素pizza 👍DOLCICannolli 餐牌咁樣形容:Pastry tubes filled with sweet ricotta, candied orange and dark chocolate, pistachio 🤣,外邊脆脆哋,裏邊軟軟哋,夠晒甜,食得人好開心🤣呢度除咗室內仲有室外部份,坐喺出邊可以望到大館😁 continue reading
