晚上九點多在男友家沒有買東西回家煮, 不知道要吃什麼. 上網查到這裡, 開到凌晨男友家外有巴士到這裡, 那就來了. 這裡吃小炒, 潮州菜, 燒臘, 泰國菜都可以一次過點所以我們點了小炒, 潮州菜, 泰國菜各一柚子沙律, 沒有什麼海鮮配料, 只有柚子, 很醒胃也沒有柚子的苦澀味但因沒什麼配料, 自己沒有很喜歡這個沙律鵝腸生腸豬大腸, 男友想吃, 我就喜歡吃鵝腸多一點, 帶著油脂所以很香生腸爽脆, 大腸也不會韌, 送酒的話其他這道很適合魚香茄子煲, 不過不失但嫌汁多了點, 肉碎也多了點, 不過有些鹹魚在裡面, 很好下飯這裡吃東西不貴, 相信這區的人應該會很喜歡來吧

晚上和媽媽去了圖書館後,便乘小巴回上水,怎料小巴經過石湖墟街市附近,媽媽話想到街市頂強記吃!於是我們便到此地方吃。我和媽媽叫了:木瓜雪耳老火湯-不錯,好清甜。雪耳好好味!清蒸筍殼魚-明顥是進步了,好滑,而且有好多蔥花在旁,好正呀!沙薑雞半隻-不錯,好滑,這個菜我們每次來是必備的!淨湯瀨粉-亦非常好味,好多蔥粒係面,正至於服務,好明顯比上一次進步了,上次我說話蝦仁炒蛋及清蒸筍殼魚是要多蔥及走莞茜的,但沒有做到我所要求,但今次我亦要求清蒸筍殼魚是要走芫茜及多蔥的,今次她們做到我的要求,所以要讚一讚!

整體而言,各樣小菜的味道均不俗,只是油膩了點。質素當然比不上北角及跑馬地等星級大排檔啦,但這裡的價錢只是平均約$100位,很划算!清潔程度還可以,麻甩風味都係賣點之一嘛!

自從上次光顧後,一直想再來。終於等到有空閒時間,又在街市買海鮮來加工。買左2隻大肉蟹,一斤聖子。薑蔥炒蟹: 好好味呀~~蟹好新鮮,好多肉,今次唔係好咸,味算剛好。蒜茸粉絲蒸聖子: 好多蒜茸,加埋粉絲同醬油味道,聖子肥,剛熟,小朋友吃得津津有味。點了一味小菜:西蘭花鮮魷: 鮮魷同蘭花份量頗多,味道也不錯。略嫌油多了一點。是次晩飯後,大家都說下次要再來。

潮州炒飯 : 有菜芯頭,蝦乾,雞蛋等配料,個人認為炒飯標準不外乎夠鑊氣及乾身,蛋漿不要一舊舊,飯粒要粒粿分明,基本上店方處理得不錯,唯一可挑剔的是蛋漿掛得不平均,但總算合格.

豉油皇吊桶 : 是晚最出色的菜色,吊桶頭及內臟去得清,不會像部份食肆,竟然可以在吊桶腹內咬到小魚的殘肢,豉油可說是此道的靈魂,自家調教的醬油做得出色,夠咸香之餘,帶少許甜品,將吊桶的鮮味都引出來,加上吊桶下面放置了豆芽及韮黃一類清爽蔬菜,可以清清味蕾,而上面又蓋上香茜及紅椒絲,吊桶本身醬汁收得剛剛好,可以說是色,香,味俱全.

豆腐魚雲白菜湯 : 對是夜例湯興趣不大,反而另要了大牌檔常見的豆腐魚雲白菜湯,雖然是滾湯,但色澤奶白又滑溜,魚雲是新鮮貨,腥味不重,有少許師傅,下少許胡椒粉僻腥之餘,尚有提味的好處,份量其實夠四個人享用,相信比例湯好得多了.

埋單一人百二十左右,食物除一味真正失手之外,其他的確不錯,看看餐牌,似乎尚有幾味特色菜可以試試.

新搬左上街市時各方面都唔錯,又平又大件味道唔錯,但呢1~2年食物冇加價低份量少左,本身都唔係問題,最大問題D野食真係差到不知所謂,所以最近呢1-2年都冇再去食...但上星期六朋友話要請我食飯(本身去築地,但築地裝潢中),所以上新街市睇而家D野食得唔得喇,今次叫個炒飯真係淡到好似冇落鹽,菜同個雞煲可以咸到我要用茶沖完先食,係得隻燒鵝正常d,而家強記價錢已經同石湖墟內食肆差唔多(只係平少少),質數就差好多,而家有人請我都唔會再去
