清蒸笋売魚:魚肉鮮美和好嫩滑,好好味。鹵水墨魚紅腸:墨魚爽但紅腸太唸身,鹵水汁唔會太鹹幾好。鹵水鵝:鵝肉香滑,好肥美,鋪底既豆腐嫩滑。炸乳鴿:乳鴿肉嫩皮簿脆。蒜蓉蒸勝瓜:蒜蓉味濃但十分油膩,勝瓜蒸得太唸,食落好濟。要左太多菜,唯一食晒條魚,下次唔敢甘浪費。
