I must complain about this particular cashier lady in this restaurant.She was rude, arrogant and failed to do her job properly.Basically, one day I went in to order a take away. While she was taking my order, she didn’t smile and her attitude was rude. I was ordering politely by saying thank you and please and still she put up a black face on me.After I’ve finished ordering, I wanted to check the order to see if she ordered the collect dishes for me. So I looked at the receipt then she said, “Don’t worry la! I ve order the correct dish for you. Trust me la!” So I didn’t look at the receipt as she was so confident.When I got home, guess what?She ordered the wrong dish for me!!So I called her up and just tell her not to be so confident next time cos she has messed up my order. ( I said it with a calm and polite tone)This isn’t it!After two weeks later, I called and order a take away.I ordered the same thing as before then she remembered me.She brought up about the past incident saying if the order goes wrong again it’s not her fault cos it’s the systems fault!Bla bla bla!I mean come on! She still kept this incident in her mind!!I just hung up and never ever will go to this restaurant ever again well until she longer works there.P.S. Wanted to order takeaway so I walked into the area near the payment counter to order.The lady near the payment counter was busy so I considerately waited for her to finish her existing job then approached her again. Ignored me completely and served other dine-in customers. I left immediately.If you don't want to be disrespected by their rude staff then don't bother going there. I'm sure other places that cost the same or even cheaper give better service than them.…查看更多
