Le Blanc offers a different dining experience in many respects. I was celebrating my birthday and we ordered the set dinner. Service was impeccable; Ciska took such good care of us making sure we had everything we needed. A lovely gentleman (whom we are told is the owner of Le Blanc) took pictures of the occasion and to our surprise, we were given a few prints to commemorate the visit. I was also given a small gift (yes another surprise!!). My favorite dish was the Foie Gras Creme Brulee with truffle - really creative dish that brought together all the three ingredients I love.
