I asked the owner why do you want to push the customers away while your restaurant empty. He said we only allowed 45 minutes but I said we are there less than 45 then he said lunch time is coming. We've been eating few times already. The food standard is very consistent and good. Food quantity varies pending on the cook's mood, especially on vegetables. But mostly, the quantity is good portion. Price is on the medium high side. Service is definitely needs to be improved. We have been there more than 7 times. The manager n the servers are not in the good mood. The black pepper source BBQ duck n crispy pork are excellent dishes but takes long time to cook, at least 20 minutes. So order them beforehand. We have 4 people n is our late dinner. When we went in the restaurant, it wasn't very busy. We ordered one appetizer, three different dumping and a hot and sour soup.The soup came first but we didn't checked the temperature and distribute among us. When we taste the soup it was cold. And ask the server to return it but the server asked us put back what we've already distributed into the big bowl. We told her we have already have one sip and hence no way to put it back. The server promised to return with a full bowl. But when it return it was just microwave n the bottom still cold and not full. Server said kitchen refused to cook it. We asked the owner n his attitude was even worse. Refused to admit the problem and said what is wrong with us. I just don't have the energy to argue.The dumping are so so.
