Have heard so much about this place in Taipo so i decided to take my parents there since my dad absolutely loves english food for some reasons..We ordered the scotch pie, fish & chips and all day breakfast. All the sets only offer somewhat called 'yellow tea', lemon tea and coffee. They charged me $9 to have an earl grey, which i think it was a total ripe off.My parents ordered coffees and the waitress only gave us one tiny pot of milk so when i asked for more, she was 'commanding' me to finish the one on the table first!! The waitress was impolite when we were ordering food but her attitude just got worse and worse! What kind of service is that!!?!? We waited for about 5mins for the soup to come. It was leak and potatoes, as it said on the menu, but it was absolutely tastelessThen we waited for another 15mins for the main dish to come:-Scotch Pie was burnt and pork inside was so dry that it crumbled like break crust-Fish and chips: The fish was horrible but the chips was very good (finally something is nice)-Breakfast: Portion was rather small. Eggs, beacons, beans were fair, sausages was good (taste of real pork sausage but one was not enough). But they spoiled the whole thing with tinned mushrooms! I cannot believe they used tinned mushrooms! That was revolting!!! To conclude, I haven’t had such BAD dinning experience in HK for a very long time! This is one of the best 豆腐花 i've ever had! The taste of yellow bean is so rich and the texture is so smooth!really love the traditional chinese looking bowls and eating on the street gives such an authentic feel!! O! dont forget the soya milk, just as good~!!…查看更多
