I am Hong Kong based musician. When it comes to food I appreciate freshness, nutrition value and the taste of ingredients. I cook myself a lot, and when I go out for a meal I am looking for the places I can trust no matter if it’s expensive or cheap place. I am undergoing cancer treatment, and to me good food is like another medicine, not to mention that playing piano is quite athletic! So I appreciate those restaurant workers who keep their standards high. Thank you.
