Cannot believe the service they have, we have been ordering spring rolls and fried rice for 3 straight days (around 12:30pm) and was told since Monday (first order) we cannot order in advance and they will always do it when they recieved the order and will take only 15mins to cook.today (Thursday) we order 4 boxes of spring rolls and 2 boxes of fried rice and was told will be ready in 15 mins and after 15 mins goen to pick up and only told to wait another 5mins, but since the company wants more spring rolls we called again around 12:50pm and was told by the female staff it will take 45mins to cook (cannot believe it) and after talking to the female staff on the phone for 5mins, got fed up and went to the restaurant order the food with a straight face and was told to wait for 15 to 20mins.The Restaurant was less then half full at the time and I didn't say anything regarding I call earlier so I walked around the place with a straight face and was looking at the customers and staff around then female cashier told to to sit and wait I told her (talk very loud) I been sitting all day at the office and was tired of sitting around and kept walking and looking at the customers................ less then 10 mins the order was ready. I had told the manager regarding the phone call and she kept saying sorry and she explained at the time when we are busy it will take longer to cook, I hold up the food and said why only 10mins if I waited around and takes 45mins to cook if ordering by phone and the restaurant is only half full and still takes 45mins to cook 3 boxes of spring rolls !!! even rush hours doesn't take 45mins to cook 3 boxes of spring rolls !!! she kept saying sorry and said next time expect to wait for 30mins during rush hour.…查看更多
