I signed up an Openrice account deliberately to leave this comment. It’s the most terrible dining experience in my whole life. Waited for Sunday morning dim sim while VIPs could cut the queue. Then ordered and gave staff the dim sum sheet, which they only entered into the system half an hour later. Then 10 more minutes after that I was told some very basic items (congee) were not available that day. Remaining food came after forever waiting. Super super lousy service and very under-staffed, all of which didn’t want to attend to my needs. I left only eaten 3 individual pcs of dim sum after the whole hassle of more than 2 hours.…查看更多
