八款中只有六款是刺身, 其餘是蛋與蟹柳及似是魚籽三文魚一般, 非肥美口感吞拿魚有少許筋,立魚就是沒有很鮮明的魚味吞拿魚腩不怎麼肥, 所以留在口腔內的魚油很快消失
