Tomyum Soup was really rich and has a strong lemon grass aroma. If you like a strong flavored soup, you'd love this! Being a seafood lover, been looking forward to try this for a while. The udon was cooked alright, by the texture you can tell it was precooked and reheated upon order. I was a bit disappointed in the sauce.. There was plenty of crab meat but it wasn't as flavorful as I hoped it would be, it was quite blend. Definitely room for improvement. The portion is actually pretty big, for a girl, it was pretty difficult to consume all by myself. Not easy to find this place, K11 Musea is a maze…😅 They are famous for their Tsukemen but as a soup lover first time visiting, definitely chose a soup base ramen to start. 店不好找 或許我是路痴吧 哈 這家的沾麵食比較多人推薦的 本人愛喝湯 所以叫了碗湯拉麵..Ramen texture was cooked perfectly. The soup wasn’t too greasy or salty, it was a great choice as I was going for a semi light meal, but overall not really impressive, it was alright. Couldn’t resist on ordering the pan-fried dumplings too and it was juicy, meaty and crispy. 麵條硬軟度煮的剛剛好 湯不太膩又不太鹹 算是清淡的 可是整體來說不太出色 還好啦… 煎餃好吃喔! I guess the pricing is reasonable, the fact that it’s situated in K11 Musea. I think it's safe to say, it's one of the best noodle shop in Hong Kong. Noodle texture is perfect, what truly amazes me is the soup. As a noodle lover, the soup is everything. The soup is rich in flavor but not too salty, just the right amount. It's quite a big bowl so quite filling for a quick lunch. Only downside is that.. it is quite expensive.. Have passed by many times throughout the years, finally decided to come by for a casual Friday lunch. The restaurant is busy, and the place was full. I assume booking is needed and will be difficult to walk in and get a table for lunch.Ordered the lunch set, I had the Burrata Cheese with Sicilian Tomatoes and Basil to start, the portion was smaller than expected but great quality. Had the Chef's Spaghetti Carbonara with Guanciale Ham. A bit disappointed as it was quite watery and not flavorful, added a bit of salt and pepper myself.. the guanciale ham was burnt.. wasn't that enjoyable. Ordered and shared the Tiramisu for dessert, and was very impressed. Just one thing, there was a lot of cocoa powder on top, a bit too much in my opinion.…查看更多
