食物其實唔差OK，👌🏻食物d size真係一碟比一碟speechless……無試過食完成餐飯三個人$1000+ 都未食飽….開係IFC有咁樣既服務態度很令人失望！小籠包自動有醋，但賽螃蟹要提醒先會比醋，3個人share一匙醋….茶無曬水，叫左好多次都無人加熱水.. 應都懶得應就走開走？餐廳當時仲要得一半capacity之後有個姐姐返左工(?)就好勤力咁加水係當晚唯一一個值得表揚的員工！新開見係IFC所以想去試試但係以後唔會再想去……查看更多

Worst all you can eat experience in our lives, surprised to see so many good comments here.5 of us pre-ordered this $408 all you can eat with the Hairy Crabs package. Meat and seafood were very basic, sashimi was not bad, but the hairy crab was horrible!!!!The staff showed us the crabs and insisted these were alive, but most of the crabs wouldn’t move an inch even if we tried to touch their eyes and legs, the manager told us coz the crabs were playing “fake dead” with us, in his exact same words: “佢地扮死咋！”Absolutely ridiculous!!They wouldn’t let us pick the alive ones, they said if it’s bad we can return them and they will get refunded by the supplier.First batch, 3/5 were returned to them, as soon as we opened the shell, it sticks!!!!! So bad they were the smell of rotten eggs! They took the 3 crabs back right away, and we waited for more than 1hour to get the second batch, and only 6/20 of them were not smelly!! We called the staff over and told her the situation, shockingly she said: “you pay $400 with this, you shouldn’t expect better than this.”I told her I don’t expect it to be great, but I would never expect them to be not clean!I would also report this to the Department of Health in Hong Kong, I wish no one would have to suffer bad quality of food like this place.-By a group of unhappy customers who would NOT recommend this place to anyone, and yes, we know how a not dead hairy crab would smell like, we are not first time crab eaters.…查看更多

this dish was supposed to be saucey! It looks different to the pic also the menu didn't say they are going to make the soupy style. I believe the braised beef ribs should be in a thicker sauce base, not soup! Called 2 waitress over and both of their attitude were ridiculous, the Korean lady cancelled it according her own wish didn't even ask if I wanted something else. Ordered the beef stone rice, clearly the stone bowl is overused, some obvious cracks on the edge of the bowl, and cracks inside the bowl too,I'm not sure it would be safe to serve customers with broken bowls like this, but they didn't care.They handed out a 10% off VIP card to people before, so we wanted to use it this time, we checked carefully there isn't any expiry date, or condition saying any minimal amount. But when we showed it to them, one replied: $500 minimum and took our card and walked away. So we asked to speak with someone else, that guy also said it's expired a while ago (but we got it within a month!), I questioned him how come there's no expiry date and there isn't a condition of $500, he said that's just the way it is and walked off again!!!So you handed out these promotions and lure people to your store to try, and when the business isn't bad anymore you just take back, what's the point for wasting the money for printing these cards????WHAT A SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!Never again and will tell everyone I know about it too.…查看更多

I never wrote a review but this is too horrible.We ordered 2 bowls, one with rice base and scallops on top, and one kale base with tuna/salmon on top.Rice was half cooked, was too hard to eat so we couldn’t even eat it at all.. scallops smells weird...As for the tuna and salmon, we had a few diarrhoea right after. Not sure if it was the sashimi or the sauce... but something was definitely not clean.. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! 😡…查看更多
