I was lucky to discovered this fantastic place for lunch today. With reasonable price for great food made it super worth for another try! No kidding the burger just make my mouth watering again just by swiping my photo album! Enticing! Juicy, soft and rich beef burger embraced every inch of my palate. The juice was gushing out in my mouth while biting and flavour was intensive. The bun was perfectly toasted on both sides, crispy and carried light buttery flavour. Pickles and salad came so well with the burger, which balanced the greasiness of the burger meat, nice job! The fries was good too, hand-cut potato fries. Yum.Rib eye steak was tamping too, medium rare was perfect for me. The steak was nicely grilled, kept it juicy and tender and got a rich beef flavour. They did the the side dish lovely as well, especially the grilled potatoes, crispy outside and soft inside, came best with catchup. Daily desert was full of surprises, and their chocolate cake just made my day. The almond chips were crispy and came super well with the chocolate moose. Dark chocolate sauce balanced the sweetness of the moose, just made it right to enjoy with a cup of coffee too. The location is super convince, takes few mins walk from Sham Sui Po station. Me and my friend discovered this place while hanging around in this hustle community and get attracted by a video playing outside the shop, which their restaurant was recommended by a local social media platform (Too Full For Food), I had been following them for a while. So we decided to give it a try, and we were right, good deal. I appreciated how they put themselves into customers’ shoes, as even the small details they highly valued. It was surprising to notice that they got 2 different soya sauce, one for sushi, sweeter; one for sashimi, saltier. Thumped up. We ordered a sushi set, with various toppings, which was slightly grilled and with grilled cheese on top. The cheese comes so well with the scallops, Which brought it sweetness, and was quite satisfactory without dipping soya sauce. California rolls was nice, as shrimps were nicely fried. They freshly made when we ordered, so these shrimps were so crunchy.The grilled salmon head was surprisingly good. They grilled the salmon just right, kept it juicy and soft but crispy outside. They serve it with a special sauce, was not bad but personally like the original better and with lemon. Foie Gras marki was nice too, but personally I would prefer more scallion on top, which would crank it up into a notch. For desserts, they serve us a mini puff and a monchi ice cream for free. We ordered 2 double patties cheeseburgers with a sunny egg. 🍔 They had slightly toasted the buns and spread with their special sauce, which cranked the burger up a notch and balanced the greasiness of the patties. Fried chicken thigh was also tamping too. They marinated the chicken quite well, which slightly brought up a Chinese liquor aroma. It carried a crispy skin and kept juicy and tender inside, nice good. The crunchiness of fries just kept me consuming it till the end. It was not greasy and well seasoned. I was treated supper badly. I was planing to have a cup of coffee and some food during a lazy Saturday, so I went to this cafe. I asked the closing hour politely, and waitress replied, would be closing in an hour. (Was around 4:00pm) Then I asked if I would ordered food? They said yes, but should be quick. Okay then, I was ordered my food first and drinks later, as I hadn’t ready for ordering the drink yet. ( the girls, waitresses, acted super mean! Like they were rolling their eyes at me. Etc.) hell? Seriously? If you would like to close ur shop earlier, You could have told it politely and I would definitely understand. But once u promise for ur service, u should have acted professionally tho! High Quality Japanese food leads to a chill MondayThe food they served made my day and recharged me from a long and dull Monday. Also their hospitality brought a delightful evening to me too. The songs they played created a relaxing atmosphere and playful signages for gustes to take photos with cheered me up as well. We ordered a Fried Tofu with Sakura Shrimps as appetiser. It was appetising crispy outside and soft inside, and came super well with the vinegar-liked sauce. We also ordered a Goyza (Bitter Melon). It was my second visit to this restaurant, their adornments and romantic atmosphere wasn’t the only reason entice me to come back, but also it’s dishes. We ordered a tea set, assorted with many fancy savoury and luscious one-bite dishes. The tea is best suit for someone like me who is greedy of trying plenty of delicacies in one meal. Foie gras toast was a good fist kick of the meal, it was slightly heated and melt in mouth, not greasy but long tasting and matched so well with crispy toast. Asparagus Wrapped in Parma Ham was finger linking good. The saltiness of ham didn’t cover the sweetness and freshness of asparagus. Massive portion and reasonable price ended up a pleasant evening with a stuffed belly. The presentation of Bake Boston Lobster with Seafood cheesy Rice surprised me. Though it is a local restaurant, Chia Chan Tang, their dishes are reputable. The dish was coved by assorted seafood, cheese and other ingredients. Cheesy white sauce didn’t cover the savour of the seafood, but matched so well with the fried rice and seafood! Which I couldn’t help myself from finishing the bowl of rice. t was really surprising to observe this high ranked cuisine and cheap deal around TST!!! It located in the heart of Tst so it was quite handy to enjoy a tasty meal after a tiring day from work! 😋I ordered this stirred noodles which assorted with different types of onions and served with special soya sauce. It was a simple and confort delicacy, keep u wanting more noodles till the bowl empty. They made the noodles al dente, just cooked, and it went really well with the special sauce, especially the onions brought up the flavour. The Spicy Chicken base, hot pot, just keep my mouth-watering! It is supper tamping and exciting to have hot and spicy food to keep your tummy warm!!! Especially when they service good quality and fresh ingredients makes dishes to another level!! It was super tempting when it comes to a menu with so much options. It was difficult for a person like me, wishing to have every flavours of the menu. It is great to have sushi after response expressionally after a long baking day. We were biking around 30 with my kids in finally find a shop when we entered, it was almost the first thing we saw in attracted us. A mezzanine level cafe provides great hospitality. ❤️❤️My friend and I checked out a mezzanine level cafe shop in the center of Mong Kok today. They provided great hospitality and yummy food with heart. The ornaments adorned the restaurant well, especially a big projector screen with music on, drawn my attention. Even better, when they played a song list I like. 🎸🎼🍝🍤Spaghetti with Red prawn in lobster sauce. The king prawn was as big as my hand! It was satisfying to have a mouthful chewy prawn. It was a slow cook poussin, just cooked, so it was moist, mild, juicy and tender. If you are tomatoes lovers you just can’t miss out this noodles shop in Sham Shui Po. Which tomato soup is signature and famous there, will keep u drinking till no drop left in ur bowl. The soup is super rich, mild and satisfying, like grandma’s one, delicious and keep u full. It’s so different other shops, they use fresh ingredients, without additives, even from the bowl it tells, caries lots of tomato mashes and diced celeries. It is tastier, with carrying beef flavour which enhances the richness and flavour of the soup. However, the briskets could be stewed for longer time.
