Members of staff did not communicate unless they were spoken to. I didn't learn anything that I didn't;t already know about the company or culture during my visit• Staff did not attempt to maximise any sale, many sales opportunities were missed • The service style & patterns used were beyond basic. Missing many minor tasks such as removing excess glasses from he tables that were clearly not in use• Staff were not using zoning techniques to equally spread the team around the floor. +• Very open & approachable staff• Coasters brought out with the drinks, nice touch• Generous use of fresh herb garnish with mussels, could be reduced to be cost-effective• Team member topped up our condiments before they were finished, great attention to detail• Very nice Cocktails selection• Nice finishing salt used on the Schnitzel-• Mussels were not cleaned properly, we removed approx 1 beard per 2 Mussels. The sauce could benefit from a dash of cream to bring the flavours together• Garlic bread was tasteless & did not look like the image on the menu• Paper straw is a nice eco touch but not a nice customer experience. Sugar cane is a better option at a similar price point• It would be nice to see simple rustic linen napkins to replace the paper version• Waiter stations were a little messy. Supermarket-branded cleaning products were visible, ideally, rebottle these into brandless containers• Behind-the-scenes operational issue with trash collection, sadly this was in view for all customers to see on route to the bathroom• Covid screens were ill-fitting & had seen better days…查看更多
