I've passed by this restaurant after shopping at Sogo's supermarket and decided to give it a try seeing there are empty seats. Unfortunately, this is where all the wait begins.Wait #1: I've waited for around 5 minutes to get seated even there are empty seats (and tables are ready).Wait #2: There is around 5 minutes wait to get a staff just to take my order.Wait #3: And another 30 minutes for the ramen to reach my table after several chases.I just can not tolerate the wait anymore at the end and decided to walk out to the cashier to pay my bill.For the food itself, I've order a jumbo ramen in pork bone broth. The quality is just so so. The kimchi in the noodle is so spicy that it ruins the taste of the broth (whereas the broth itself is not thick enough at the same time).Conclusion: This restaurant is way too under staffed. I have been longing to try Oddies! Surprisingly my friend spotted this branch beside our restaurant tonight, we both decided this is a must after our dinner.The Central branch is quite different from the Wanchai branch I see online. It is spacious with around 8 seats for dine in. As we were the only customers there at that time, the staff patiently explained us their menu and offered us to try their homemade ice cream!At the end we picked their signature - Night Wolf!Their dark chocolate soft serve did not disappoint me! It's rich and smooth!  However, the guava ice cream/pudding at the bottom did not go so well with the overall taste of the dessert (maybe it could be better if I picked the coffee flavour instead).
