Dining at a cosy Italian bistro makes u feel fascinating. However, some staff members were not friendly like the lady serving roasted beef. Moreover, the wooden dinning table was poorly cleaned as it was greasy & sticky because the cleaning & disinfection practice only applied to the table mat when I witnessed the waiter to do it next to me.For the food, roasted beef is quite nice, seafood is attractive especially shrimps & clams. Others are so~so. Visited Cucina some years ago with good memories of food quality. Today's fantastic experience made me fully satisfied. U should find the seafood tower palatable with fresh and mouth watering species wonderful. U may encore from the seafood bar for oysters, lobsters,mussels and shrimps. It's my 1st visit at 102/F of Ritz Carlton Hotel. Once you entered into the G /F till Tosca, you can feel the hospitable services from the staff of conceigre & F&B outlets. After settled down in the restaurant, you will find a fascinating panoramic view of West Kowloon. The 4~course lunch menu is also true Italian taste with some fusion with Taiwanese in view of the chef's experience. You can't stop yourself from focusing on the bread basket which is freshly baked & a selection of olive oil with 5 flavours. The pasta is truly al dente and the main courses are full of choices.
