My favorite Dim Sum restaurant in HK.  The dim sums are absolutely delicious,  they are traditional dim sums with a luxury twist.  The dim sums menu for 2x is perfect for a couple.  If you have more than 2x people, you order a menu for 2x and add a couple of other a la carte dishes or dim sums, i guarantee you will have a great lunch!!  Another advantage of this restaurant is, unlike other Dim Sum restaurants in HK, here you can make a reservation. Which means that you don't need to wait for nearly an hour to get your table.    Remember to reserve a sea view table.  The price is slightly higher than other dim sum restaurants, but the quality is worth it.   The tables here are not too closely packed.  Therefore,  it is not as noisy as most other dim sum restaurants.  You can have a good conversation without shouting at each other (cos in some restaurants, yumcha dim sums can be a very noisy business!!).Highly recommended.…查看更多

I heard a lot about this little restaurant run by an ex-air-stewardess.  The story is quite interesting, she worked as a stewardess for over 15 years, and flew to Japan a lot. She loved the traditional Japanese rice with thinly sliced beef.  She met a Japanese chef, then she learnt from this chef the secret of making a delicious !!Of course i had to try their signature dish!  There are two sizes: Small (32 HKD) and Big.  The small is more than enough for me.  There are also other snacks which you can buy.  For less than 50 HKD, you will be fully satisfied!!  Really good value for money!  Highly recommended.…查看更多
