The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, providing a satisfying experience overall. While the quality of the food is acceptable, there was a slight disappointment regarding our order. We had chosen the top-tier all you can eat plan for our group of five people, expecting it to include the lobster seafood option. Unfortunately, since I hadn't made the reservation two days in advance, it wasn't available.
