The food was good, but the service was really bad.While eating sukiyaki, a small fly flew into the pot where the staff was cooking our meat. I told her right away, but she just stood there daydreaming. She was about to keep cooking, but we stopped her and asked for a replacement. She didn’t say anything — she just walked away and asked another staff member to help us.No one properly handled the situation. We had to ask several times before they finally gave us a new pair of chopsticks because the old ones had the fly stuck to them. Another staff member eventually replaced our meat, but one of the pieces left in the pot was already overcooked. We were so disappointed that no one came to help us.When we were paying the bill, I asked the staff a question, but he ignored me after collecting the payment and went straight back to work.
