屋企人係呢個餅店常客，於是上星期喺K11訂咗個蛋糕慶祝屋企人生日，結果好失望。切完蛋糕我食果件d cream 係就變味就壞咁嘅味。如果成日買 cream買鮮奶，陣味就係啱啱好過期咗一日，再唔用唔食就會完全變壞果種，呢個時候通常拎嚟煮熱或者加濃味嘢就會蓋過唔新鮮嘅味道。我果下諗或者係未壞嘅，但$388買個strawberry cream cake 我唔expect 俾d咁嘅質素嘅cream 我，當下已經覺得好麻麻。點知，我女食唔晒唔食，我一食就知奶嘢！臭嘅！原來成個蛋糕有d位d cream 直情係壞咗嘅味！我女2歲唔識講食咗半件呀陰公！唔怪得之佢食唔晒啦，平時佢會食晒一件蛋糕架當晚，雖然唔係個個都肚痾，但2歲小朋友同老人家就肚痾，老人家更加痾咗10次，小朋友成晚唔舒服係咁喊係咁扭瞓得好差，仲搞到patpat仔紅晒，勁後悔無試佢果件蛋糕就俾咗佢食！屋企人於是同店家反映，店家回覆話蛋糕係新鮮整，其他客人無話有問題，如果有其他客人都話有問題先會聯絡我地！聽完真心嬲咗！！係咪暗示我地屈佢！？我地係即日拎完蛋糕直接返屋企放雪櫃，當晚食架！就算係新鮮整但都係用唔新鮮嘅忌簾囉！一句唔好意思都無就打發你走香港大把cake shop，呢間咁嘅質素咁嘅服務態度，真係永遠不了very bad experience with this cake shop. the cream is not fresh in general with some part even spoiled. My 2 years old daughter and grandma had diarrhea that night. We feedback to the cake shop but the shop replied that their cakes are freshly made everyday and they did not receive other customers' complain. WHAT?! are they implying we made all the things up!? We are so angry and disappointed with this cake shop as they did not even show empathy when customer providing feedback. I will never buy from this shop again.…查看更多
