Full of anticipation to try this unique Nordic gastronomy fining dining restaurant at Poho area. The ambiance, lighting, open counter kitchen (not the main cooking area) were all very pleasant and cosy. Tried the 7-course menu with 3-glass wine pairing. Every dish was innovative, pretty and delicious; well deserved Michelin star. The only room for improvement is the service details - the server removed our bread (and the yummy signature butter) without asking us, and the chef did not ask us and assign the choice of dessert to us (quite weird feeling!) 之前經過見到有間新嘅串燒店喺大坑，今次專誠嚟試吓，非常滿意👍首先小店裏面氣氛好好，雖然張枱細咗啲，但係有居酒屋feel。食物10分有水準，最愛係牛肉串燒，幾種牛肉都好好味，第二驚喜係芝士年糕，平時唔特別鍾意食嘅我，都一試傾心🤩雞軟骨、燒雞翼等等都非常有質素！最後要讚嘅係服務，兩位服務員，尤其係女生那位，非常有禮貌、殷勤、attentive。差啲唔記得咗，清酒選擇很多，有平有貴，大眾化及精品(連十四代都有！)一定會再回來，並推介俾朋友！…查看更多
