土用の丑 is Japanese habit.Japanese have 鰻魚 cuisine on 土用の丑 day.We get the energy from 鰻魚(^-^)Tararanya is 明太子的専門店 but I watch the Japanese habit on the facebook page of them!!I went to the restaurant with my friends☆& we ordered many 鰻魚 cuisines.鰻魚茶碗蒸 Steamed egg custard with eal.Nothing to say!Yammmmy!照焼鰻魚豆腐煮物 Eal & Tofu鰻魚卵巻Soooo Jucy,Soooo tasty!!Egg & Eal & Soup stobk make a special harmony!鰻魚醤漬青瓜鰻魚青瓜巻寿司鰻魚鱈卵碗At last,we ordered 鰻魚鱈卵碗！The harmony of 明太子&鰻魚 is so good!I forgot this restaurant is Mentaiko specialist until last dish come. I like Izakaya.Izakaya open still midnight in japan.But in Hong Kong,almost restaurant closed by 11pm.鳥居酒屋 opened still midnight in Hong Kong!*\(^o^)/*I ordered mentaiko foods,whenever I go to Izakaya.So...I love mentaiko(^-^)At first,mentaiko egg role....too sweet.I expected more spicy.Mentaiko is spicy cod roe.But taste is not bad!I ordered sesame salad and yakitori and so on,but I forgot to take photo(￣O￣;)I ordered last oen,炙明太子.It's so simple.Just roast by gas burner.Almost all Japanese love this style.I ate this one and agree to sweet of the Mentaiko egg role.So the Mentaiko is not spicy.It's ok.I'll be back someday.…查看更多

In Japan,三田製麺所 is very famous noodle shop☆In HK,so popular,too(^-^)After follow the line for 20 minites,I could get the seat!I ordered 特製明太子撈麺.鱈卵屋的明太子！明太子 & 牛油 is Best match!I waited about ten minites.Looks so yammy!!Mixed all well.Melt butter in soup.Good butter flavor!Look at the 明太子 & 麺！No reason for delicious!I'll be back next month!…查看更多

I went to Chibee at first time.Chibee is named from ”Chiken & beer”.It's so funAt first,the standard menu.So juicy(^-^)I love it!next.Chiken sarad.Vegi is fresh.Deep fried Chiken inside salad,however the salad is light because of light dressing.This one is Soooo spicy fried Chiken!Cheese on Chiken!Spicy Chiken and Cheese make beautiful harmony(^-^)So spicy but also creamy!!Kimuchi Cream French Fried.Less spicy than Kimuchi but tasty.All menu made me happy!And many beer botle were empty!I'll be back next month!…查看更多

Tararan-ya is my favorite Izakaya@銅鑼灣.They provide many mentaiko cuisine.So tasty:) Tonight,We went to Okonomiyaki Restaurant at First.And then,We're in here at 23:30pm.Tararan-ya has opened until 3:00am.We could enjoy a leisurely dinner.(From 23:00pm,20%off Happy hour!!It's lucky!!) Chopstick rest is Santa Claus .So cute(^^)And Santa Claus is rice cookie!I ordered 紅乙女焼酎（beniotome shochu) made by sesame.Sounds so healthy!My friend ordered Alcohol-free-cocktail because she drank beer so much. @Hysan placeI often come here "wired caff".So meny peaple are in here every time.Today,I choose Tacorice(^^)Look so yammy!!Fried eggs match with meatI love it.My friend ordered Mentai Pasta(明太子意大利麺配温泉蛋）in bellow special menu.Looks so yammy,too!We share our meal.Ofcourse,Tacorice choosed by me is very nice!!My friend's dish is soooo yammy!Not bad at all!!The pasta is little bit soft.But the taste is so good.Soo good.But my friend loves Taco-rice more than pasta.(Surely,She said the pasta was good . )In addition,If you add HKD10,you get coffee & desert.Today's desert are Banana cake & 杏仁豆腐（＾＾）It's OK!…查看更多

last week,I read "コンシェルジュ（Concierge)”. So I found this restaurant,鱈卵屋 Tararan-ya,at Causeway Bay.The restaurant specialized in　MENTAIKO foods.In the book,they recomend "Japanese Hot pot course". I soonly booked the course!!I went to there on 15 Dec.The restaurant is fassionable and the staff was polite.・・・どきどき。At first,MENTAIKO!!Raw&rare!!This is speciality Mentaiko imported From Fukuoka(in Japan) Directly!!Very Very Very tasty. I often go to DORAYA.When I went to there Last time,I found some new foods.I love mentaiko.I ordered 香蔥伴藍鰭呑拿魚腩蓉明太子定食,ofcourse.Tuna　belly was very Juicy.Mentaiko was spicy and so tasty!!Tuna is so match with Mentaiko!!Without soy sauce or WASABI,It's very very nice dish!Next order,焼明太子 and 焼三文魚腩（＾＾）Both dishes were so match with Beer!!!!I drunk two glass of beer(*^^*)I spent so happy dinner time!! …查看更多

I went to Sapporo Japanese Restaurant (札幌元祖北海道拉麵)Near SOGO therefor very nice location!Owner is Japanese.I expected!Just a minute,take it easy.At first,I ordered druft beerI got rid of my tiredness.So Staff are Very polite & nice smile.I felt this beer to be more delicious!!Next,corn.Fragrant flavor is so nice!
