First time visit to Crystal Jade, it was wonderful. Very quiet when we arrived at 6:45pm, but by 7:30, it had filled up, and had lots of energy. We had 4 different dishes; Chicken Soup Noodles, which gave us 4 servings, $42. The noodles were well soaked in the broth; the chicken cubes and celery added flavor and crunch to this dish. We also had the Shanghai Dumplings, $32 for 4. They were so delicious, we had a second order! In addition we tried the Radish Dumplings, $30 for 3, and Crab and Mushroom Dumplings, also $30 for 3. Both were very good. The radish dumplings were flaky on the outside, and hot and succulent on the inside. The crab and mushroom dumplings were smaller than expected from the picture on the menu, but were very tasty. A crispy, chewy shell encapsulating a nice mix of crab and mushroom bits, with a subtle taste of the sea.
