星期日，差不多中午才吃早餐，下午四時才肚餓，想起新開張的火鍋放題於是去試下。入座時四時多，傳單及門口大廣告牌張上寫五時才開始算晚市， 誰知道reception的 職員話四點開始計晚市， 於是心想算吧不差那數十元的差價，反正想吃，多付一点也無所謂，就入去就坐， 但心想覺得奇怪，為什麼所有傳單都寫五點開始晚市，而他們卻堅持四點開始晚市， 門口又沒有更正啟事。但原來晚市的食物是要五點才放進雪櫃例如三款肉滑、青口、雞肉等等， 我見到有晚市食物放進雪櫃嘅時候，我亦差不多夠鐘離座，於是我問職員，他們稱四時的時候未準備好晚市的食物。 會不會有點欺騙的成分呢？談到食物，大致上不錯， 肉類上桌很快， 蔬菜種類亦多選擇， 湯底味道一般， 味道都吃不出太大分別， 幸好材料好味補足。 烏冬很好吃彈牙， 還有喜歡的圓型雞雞即食麵！但衛生程度有点質疑，全程烏蠅仔到處飛，不知是否我吃火鍋的時候全店只得兩枱客人，都全吸引來了。軟雪糕得一款，不過糖漿有三款及很多配料選擇，吃過火鍋，食杯雪糕就剛剛好。…查看更多

下午茶時間走了一圈東大街，想吃的店正值休息時間，正想去B2exit搭地鐵，就見到這間新店，試下先。叫了炸雞脾加薯條和粒粒多士。我份炸雞脾未到，卻見隣桌的脾從厨房出來，OMG，好大隻！終於食晒隻脾已經好飽，炸得好香，味道亦好好，不過食到尾聲就覺得有点咸。後來見到雪櫃中原來有支裝維他奶，下次一定要叫…查看更多

約了朋友午膳, 在大食代走了一圈, 很久沒吃到肉骨茶, 擺在Display的似乎不錯, 一試!:)打開湯盅, 肉呢?骨呢? 拿湯匙攪一下, 一條肉排, 半夥冬菇, 半夥蘑菇, 半邊豆卜, 十數條金菇, 以及約十粒杞子。湯本身味道不錯, :)藥材香料亦夠濃。但白飯中有很多硬飯焦,還是要外加的。我跟那職員說這肉骨茶會否太過份, 她回應「那是正常份量, 只有一條骨, 」, 那都不用只剩半塊豆卜, 她只連聲道正常。已再外加奶茶, 但仍跟「飽」字有好一段距離。 …查看更多

每次途經此店都想去試一下,然而每次都忘了, 終於有機會!進入店內覺得環境清靜, 樓底高和玻璃裝修更覺開揚。價錢比茶餐廳貴一點但卻舒服多!食物種類不多, 專注能做好亦是好事。因我貪心, 迫朋友跟我分吃兩個餐:1. 旦+火腿+多士+叉烧湯通粉~滑旦很creamy. 叉烧是普通中式的, 还好。湯是忌廉鷄湯, 沒啥特別, 因很多茶餐廳斱用。2. French Toast with Maple Syrup~很大!很厚!很鬆! 不過,因兩個餐一起上桌又要先吃鹹食,放久了…又印岀些油…可以好多点…喜歡這店的環境, 我還想要再試別的食物! …查看更多

婆婆生日食飯，家人選了這店，訂了一間房間, 黑白色系的裝修, 感覺舒適:)泊車非常困難，遲遲未能上菜。頭盤有燒腩、醃青瓜、素鵝，還好。螺頭湯—非常鮮甜，似乎很足料。:) 蝦—忘了名稱，油泡的，甘香可囗而不油膩，外面有一層咸香的薄脆，內裏蝦肉鮮甜爽口。黑松露燒雞一 雞裏釀了什菌，黑松露菌很香，很好吃的Stuffing , 但那燒雞的肉是没有味道的，一道不平均的菜。一魚兩食— 忘了是什麼魚，分別是炒翠肉瓜及炸，炸的没啥特別，亦吃不到那魚應有的味道。炒的尚可。什菌伊麵— 非常驚喜，麵質彈牙，很多菇菌，很香! 乾濕適中。杏仁茶及壽桃作甜品。OK 。整體— 服務好，食物品質有水準，有一兩道菜較出色。…查看更多

So happy that I can have Eggs Benedict at dinner time!Small shop and yet cozy atmosphere. Simple menu and nice wine list. My friend had a burger steak which serves with a pumpkin soup and coffee with extra $40.Very thick and creamy soup:) Rich pumpkin flavor.Burger steak is fine and the sauce tastes very good. Crispy and hot french fries on side. Of course I had the Classic Eggs Benedict which can come with ham or smoked salmon. Muffin, spinach, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce. I can't say this is the best benedict but it is good enough to help my crave for it.Finally, good coffee!When we left the shop, I saw dinner special wrote on the blackboard at the door. I brought some ecoupons from a site. So, I made reservation for lunch buffet. The manager was at the reception. I told him I made the reservation with those coupn so he asked me for the coupons at there then he showed us our table and left us alone, not even a word nor ask if there is anything I need help and walk back to his reception like did not see us. I have no idea what I should do, there is only about 8 hotplates on the buffet table, 4 out of that is empty with only sauce. 3 of them are vegetable. 1 is rice. All the staff are very busy (coz there are not many), I finally got someone to ask what's going on. We can order tandoori and naan bread from the kitchen and help ourself those food outside which as I mentioned, not much left.Tandoori taste very good, hot juicy meat served on sizzling plate.:) Naan is fine. But I wonder they might didn't tell me that we can order some other flavours naans as I just read in detail from other comments here. I suggest if they can make a lunch buffet meun as simple as a paper is better than none.They refilled those food outside later. There are curry fish, cottage cheese with tomato sauce, and curry chichen (sorry I can't remember those proper dish name). That was ok.:)We order some drinks (which is not included in the coupon buffet as I guess). Late lunch.Very simple menu, only three kind of soup bases to choose. We choose a red bowl.First thing to taste is the soup before stir it. Very nice with a good taste of pork bone. Then, mix all ingredents and that red paste on top, taste much more complicate but then it start to taste too salty..:( Noodle was fine with good texture. Not so soft. The porkchop is excellent though. Soft and juicy, taste absolutly right.More filling than it looks. Can't order other things.The atmosphere is fine but very noisy while all the staffs yelling their half Japanese half Cantonese whenever customers come and go. That's a bit annoying. It will be better if they only assign a few staffs to do that.. I dun mind to go there again but I will not choose that restaurant if friends need a suggestion. Nothing much special and with that price, I expect something better.I think they are waiting for their license for selling alcohol coz there is the bar area that not open yet. As other comments said, the famous Cheese sauce instant noodle is not for cheese lover. Merely can taste cheese and noodle is too hard. We also ordered the deep fried chicken wings. They cut those chicken wings in half but still taste nothing (I thought that helps marinate the meat better). I wonder if they had marinate those. Expensive (as HK style cafe) for nothing.…查看更多

A friend's birthday dinner. She choose this place. It's my first time been there. First, the direction is not clear. I walked back n forth a few times and still can't find the entrance. The place doesn't look like any other hotpot shop.. Dim lights, dark decoration.. kinda romantic. Surprisingly quiet n peaceful. Very comfortable.Service is very good. Attentive and polite.We had a chicken soup base with half the chicken. Marinated with Chinese wine, good flavor. Then we poured in all the wine into soup, even better. We drank almost the whole pot of soup!!We order a plate of beef (neck part, which is a little too fat but tasteful), vege (very fresh and smooth), the famous "三秒..." ( I think this one is a bit too big, I had one that is smaller which works with the soup better I think). Generally, all the food are in good and fresh quality. My friend brought me to this restaurant. The first thing caught my eyes is those screens between tables.. Good privacy.. coz I dun really like the feeling of looking at ppl who I dunno while enjoying my meal...The service is nice n friendly.. They know their food n wine very well!! We ordered two set dinner...Appitizer -- oysters and foie gras. Foie gras, good quality n pan fried nicely.. hard n soft just the way I like.. Went there twice already. Comfortable atmosphere, feels like home. Standing at the balcony, looking at the busy Times Square, enjoying the coffee or wine...Very beautiful food. Scallop and seabass is amazing, so soft and fresh.. sauces add the final magic to the dish. I clean up my plate with the warm bread.Dessert will give you another surprise. I can't forget those crunch on the panna cotta...Service is good. They are very friendly but a few of those part-time helpers doesn't know much about the dishes sometimes. Need to find the right person for Q&A. Timing is right for a relax five-course dinner.
