Great discovery in an industrial area. A welcome relief from all the chain eateries everywhere. I honestly can't say if it is Guizhou authentic as I am not familiar enough with Guizhou cuisine. But I can honestly say it was 100% delish! Started with the lamb noodles. Hit the mark. The broth was fresh and not a drop of msg. Followed up with fried potstickers with mushrooms. Another hit! I did not need a drop of sauce or spice for either the noodles or dumplings as I found their seasoning to be perfect. Definitely coming back to sample more of their menu. Brought my wife here for her birthday dinner. We had the standard dinner set along with their home made plum wine. I have never had vegetarian Japanese before so didn't know what to expect.The food came out at a decent pace and was all very good. The sesame jelly 'tofu', vegetarian sushi and cheese tempura all stood out as outstanding dishes. The noodles at the end had a really nice, fine texture but the soup was a tad salty.They were super nice and plated a couple of cake I brought for the occasion in a wonderfully creative and classy manner.
