呢餐係上網訂枱有半價，但埋單竟然都要HK$234，我就話比$50都嫌多，叮叮貨色都不如今次叫咗一個鮮蝦卡邦尼意粉，一個黑松露意粉，同埋一個芝士焗西蘭花🥦飲品就叫咗蜜桃🍑柚子烏龍茶我係食咗兩啖之後覺得唔對路，決心要上網寫負評，所以先至影啲嘢食相首先可以望下鮮蝦卡邦尼意粉我已經唔講佢個醬汁係咪卡邦尼，佢啲汁可以水到咁，直程可以叫湯意粉，但佢個意粉唔似茶餐廳嗰啲湯意粉咁好食，成個四不像我完全唔明點解個醬汁可以調到咁，佢用嘅芝士唔係芝士，係完全冇芝士味嘅。佢係有用到三隻蝦嘅，但主要配料都係火腿，唔係煙肉而係最cheap嘅火腿意粉入面放咗好多bell pepper 紅椒同青椒，可能廚師覺得健康掛，但個味同白汁完全唔配。洋蔥一條都冇。係果一刻我諗起男朋友成日喺超市買嘅急凍卡邦尼意粉，而急凍意粉係完勝嘅至於黑松露意粉，情況基本上係一樣嘅只不過個醬汁加咗少少黑松露醬，同埋啲火腿同蝦換成蘑菇至於個西蘭花係燶嘅，但我完全唔明點解個菜燶到咁嘅時候，啲芝士竟然仲未凝固，一Pat水咁呢個係蜜桃柚子烏龍茶，跟餐要加$18但其實佢只不過沖左烏龍茶，連茶包都費事拎走，再加兩片罐頭蜜桃，同埋scoop左少少柚子蜜，咁都可以加$18真係笑大人個口結果我哋係冇食晒就走人，寧願買個麥當勞🍔醫肚It’s not a complete translation of my Chinese review, but i’m going to include a few key pointsCarbonara pasta with shrimp:It’s so obvious that the so-called carbonara sauce looked nothing like carbonara at all. But that’s already a secondary matter, because the pasta was barely palatable.I don’t know what cheese they used, but whatever it was I would recommend you to stay away from it. It tasted nothing like cheese at all and it seems to be very runny.I’d call this carbonara dish something halfway between a microwave carbonara pasta and soup pasta in a Hong Kong style cafe. And just a note - both microwave pasta and soup pasta taste a hell lot better than what I ordered.They had 3 shrimps but mainly was low graded ham. I don’t understand why they put bell pepper because the taste doesn’t match at all.Truffles pastaThe sauce was basically the same for the truffles pasta. They merely added truffle paste and replaced the ham with mushrooms.Baked broccoli with cheeseThe broccoli was seriously burned and the cheese was still very liquid. I have no idea how one can make that happenOolong tea with peach and yuzu Can add on With the meal for $18. A bit too expensive as it’s clear that they used canned peach..We didn’t finish our mail and ended up going to McDonald’s for a midnight snackThe bill total HK$234, and that’s already with a 50% discount. When I order baked rice I always struggle with what source to order. Tomato or curry. So why not both? The tastes are actually surprising coherent when put together.Warning before you order - the portion is really big so you may wanna order like 2 mains for 3 persons.
