Can't believe this..ordered 2 items - Fish and Chips. It was a piece of hk cha chang teng fish fillet in batter for the price of Cheesecake Factory Fish and Chip. Excellent Happy hour starting from 5pm to 8pm. After couple times going there on Friday nights from HH to closing, service really depends on who... some are wonderful and fun folks, yet some aren't. The restaurant is situated in one of the best view in Harbour City. I have been to other Ramsay restaurants before. So this review will have a slight comparison with other series of his restaurants.The starter bread had an up and a down. The up was presentation and the butter itself, but the down is the cold baguette. I understand that the texture is chewy and a cold bread, yet this one was very chewy of which goes best in dipping in olive oil and vinagrette. For a Ramsay series restaurant ~ this is quite an important aspect as it will affect the expectation of the upcoming dishes. A more attentive warm biscuit/bread (make a hit on small rocks) will be more suitable.My two appy-ies were decent, the grilled octopus and waygu tataki - taste, size and presentation was well executed.Our main was the beef wellington to share. Presentation was excellent, the pastry and beef were well intacted, tender & juicy and sized for two. It tasted rather bland. It needed a bit more seasoning with sea salt, grounded pepper and stronger mushroom mix in between the puff pastry. Personally I prefer the taste of the single portioned one from The Steak Gordon Ramsay In Las Vegas Paris Hotel where the ingredients are more even out when cut in half.We passed on dessert as we were pretty full from meat and alcohol.Attentively the restaurant remembered it was for a birthday occasion and gifted us a rich chocolate cake that ended our meal nicely.…查看更多

Everything was greasier than expected and cooking isn't attentive enough. Ordered a kimchi pancake where the oil basically soaked through the oil paper. I understand that fried food isn't easy to perfect yet should consider to absorb the pancake at least once inside the kitchen and use a second oil paper when it is delivered to the customer. We also ordered another snack of which was a mini squid filled with cheese. The cheese was basically sticking to the oil paper, therefore I had to literally peel off the cheese from the torn and soaky oil paper. Food in general was so so. I have been to other places for coconut soup base hot pot and had better food quality and menu. Felt sorry for the Live band as their music was pretty good, but it is not an appropriate audience. I just don't see the point.…查看更多
