Having lived in this district for a while, I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional 茶樓 for weekend yum cha with my family. Unfortunately, my experience at this new establishment was disappointing.The service was a disaster. Waitresses were yelling at customers to move for them, which created a chaotic atmosphere. The food was average, and the prices didn't justify the experience.The management left much to be desired. I ordered a dish and waited 20 minutes, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes. In total, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food—what a waste of time!As for the environment, it hasn’t changed much from 福臨酒家. 約了好久不見的朋友到餐廳吃飯 一開始感覺店員態度都很不錯 餐廳的佈置格局都很有情調 一開始感覺食物味道還是不錯的 結果吃到一半 發現飯裡面有異物 一顆蠻大的螺絲⋯跟店員反應了情況之後 店員很淡定地說是維修冷氣的師傅掉的⋯難道在維修就能隨便調零件下來嗎 更讓人無奈的是居然問我們吃得飽不飽⋯搞不懂是想怎麼樣在後續的處理態度也很一般 加上隔壁桌客人一直七嘴八舌 莫名其妙還拍照 讓人感覺用餐很不愉快提前結帳離開了 外面市道一般 對於餐廳在這種環境下經營也有自己的難處⋯但還是希望餐廳可以好好改善一下！…查看更多
