I don’t normally write reviews on OpenRice. This is a first, I used to buy take out from food box all the time when I was working in the area, they had a store on bonham strand. Now that they moved, the service is a complete disaster, the staff are extremely unhygienic. They had their take out noodles container almost touching the cutting board and they were eating on the serving counter when I walked in. I asked a girl in ponytail whether I could get a Cobb salad and could substitute ham with chicken as usual, she said no in a very rude tone. I told her I used to be able to do it at the other store, she said well now u no longer can. I ended up ordering a grilled chicken salad, she threw the chicken breasts on the grill, didn’t even bother to cut the chicken breast before they were thrown on my salad. I asked her whether she was going to cut them into strips for me, she rolled her eyes, unwillingly cut the chicken on a dirty board and gave me a black face the entire time. I am extremely disappointed in this place, will never come back again. I completely lost my appetite and don’t want to eat my salad anymore.…查看更多
