好耐冇食韓式燒烤,睇到哩間餐廳幾抵食,咁試試。餐廳裝修得好韓風,晚市都提供套餐,最平288可以有埋烤肉同主食,唔錯。韓式前菜五款,一坐底就回送上五款韓式前菜,有辣白菜,涼拌菠菜等。其中醬醃魷魚爽口彈牙,辣白菜脆嫩得嚟唔會過鹹,酸蘿蔔清甜爽脆,全部都好好味。可樂同芬達,汽水搭配韓餐簡直一流,可樂氣足冰爽,芬達橙香突出,食濃味烤肉時飲一啖,瞬間沖刷油膩感。LA排骨,分量都幾大下,大大條排骨有3條。排骨用韓式辣醬醃制得超級入味,食落肉質彈牙又唔失嚼勁,啖啖肉香加咗少少甜辣風味,3件都唔夠食。醬醃薄切五花腩,五花腩片得厚薄均勻,已經預先用醬醃制。食落油脂香濃但完全唔膩。搭配新鮮生菜食更是一絕,菜葉清爽脆嫩,包裹住熱辣辣嘅五花腩,再加啲泡菜同醬汁,口感層次爆棚。辣牛肉湯,湯裡配料十足,有豆腐、蔬菜,牛肉,雞蛋等。湯底濃郁鮮辣,牛肉燉到極腍滑,一咬即化又保留肉香。成晚湯辣度溫和唔嗆喉,帶絲絲甜味同發酵豆香,用來拌飯食絕對一流。…Read More

FD來香港旅遊,想試下香港茶餐廳,哩間餐廳好就腳,咁試試。餐廳裝修得唔錯,原來仲有2樓,晚市都可以安排卡位,坐得好闊落:)。凍奶茶同凍檸茶,都係跟餐搭配,凍奶茶茶底濃鬱唔會太澀,奶香同茶味平衡得啱啱好。凍檸茶茶底清香,檸檬新鮮,飲落去好清爽,又帶出淡淡嘅果香。中湯同西湯,中湯湯底清甜,火候十足,飲得出係用心熬製,冇味精,飲完唔會口渴。西湯,今日係羅宋湯,湯底口感細滑,飲落去酸甜清爽,層次豐富。秘制肉骨茶配白飯,排骨煮得啱啱好,肉質軟嫩,一咬就脫骨,仲吸滿咗湯汁嘅精華,超級入味。湯底藥材味香濃,但唔會太苦,飲落去好順口,仲帶少少甜味,好滋補:)。XO醬茄子排骨煲,茄子煮得軟爛入味,吸曬XO醬嘅香辣精華,食落好惹味。排骨嫩滑,醬香味濃,同茄子嘅味道好夾。煲仔可以keep到溫度,食幾耐仲係熱嘅。荷葉金銀蒜鮮魷帶子籠仔飯,鮮魷同帶子都好新鮮,彈牙得嚟又唔會韌,蒜蓉嘅味道更加提升咗海鮮嘅鮮味。飯粒吸滿咗荷葉同蒜蓉嘅香味,口感軟糯,仲有少少焦香,好正。整體份量十足,食完之後好滿足。…Read More

今日到FD屋企玩,地膽推薦咗哩間西日居酒屋,咁試試啦。餐廳裝修得好似日本慶典,好有節日feel。波仔汽水同前菜,尊裝波仔汽水好少見,一般都係玻璃瓶裝。波仔汽水氣泡十足,清新得嚟唔會太甜。前菜係中華沙律,清爽脆口。雞皮餃子,用雞皮製作餃子,外皮炸到金黃香脆,內裡軟嫩juice。食落油香滿溢但唔會膩,點少少沙律醬更惹味。燒魷魚,用整整一條魷魚燒制。魷魚燒得恰到好處,外皮微焦帶炭香,裏面保持軟嫩彈牙,一啲都唔韌。用少少日式醬汁調味,簡單得來又突出魷魚嘅鮮甜,食嘅時候再點埋搭配嘅辣醬,更加提鮮。關東煮,湯底落咗大量配料煲制,清甜得嚟帶淡淡昆布同柴魚香。配料完全索曬湯汁鮮味,竹輪彈牙,腐皮軟滑,凍凍哋天氣食一碗,真係由身暖到心。澳洲M9和牛西冷&美國頂級牛頸脊壽喜鍋,超豪華版壽喜燒。用日本傳統做法,落少少糖同壽喜燒汁煲制。澳洲M9和牛西冷,油花分佈均勻到好似雪花咁,肉質軟嫩,仲帶住淡淡奶香。牛頸脊肉味濃鬱得嚟帶少少嚼勁,但一啲都唔韌,再點埋無菌蛋液一齊食,幼稚滑得來又帶住濃濃蛋香,兩種牛肉都好味。食完牛肉,侍應會幫手淥埋d菜,蔬菜同豆腐吸滿壽喜燒汁嘅香甜,好正。壽喜燒黑松露燉飯,將日式壽喜燒汁同西式risotto結合,仲要落重本加黑松露,香氣撲鼻。飯粒吸滿牛肉同醬汁嘅精華,每啖都濃鬱creamy。黑松露同壽喜燒嘅甜味意外地夾,層次好豐富:)。…Read More
