I used one of the delivery platform to order a pick up at 12:08pm and expected delivery time was 12.34pm. I went on time and waited until 1:08pm for my meal. The receptionist was handling multiple tasks at the same time. She was so tired that couldn’t handle multiple complaints by the customers at the same time as she had to serve as a waitress for the dine in customers, cashier and manager the logistic of delivery and take out meal at the same time. It’s completely crazy. I don’t blame her but this place is understaffed and the fact that they give unreasonable delivery time put me off. 等了快一小時的午餐。我的鰻魚三食只有5小塊的鰻魚。。。對此餐廳十分失望。沒有下次。這餐廳，只係做鰻魚一種菜，也這質素，無話可說。期望老闆可以正視問題。侍應質素也有待改善！it’s a new restaurant in Olympic area and I hope being new is not an excuse for this sort of service quality. felt like having english breakfast this morning so ended up at this restaurant as I saw they serve egg benedict in the menu (one of my fav dish!). I remember that I tried Alfafa few months ago for their dinner but experience was quite bad. seeing the long queue for their breakfast this morning so decided to give them one more chance... but I regreted straight away once sat down.without second thought, I went for Egg benedict when I ordered. then the waitress asked " which one from the menu?" I was like .... you serve it and you don't know which one from the menu.... strike 1. waiting time was not short.. think i waited for 15 mins at least for the food to come. I mean I don't mind waiting as long as the food is good. when they served me the dish.. they just tossed the dish to you (rudely) and the egg benedit was completely different from the picture! Salmon slice was very small. there's no mayo sauce (in fact, no sauce at all) on the top. and the worst isss!!!! the 2 eggs were poked open and half of it slided down to the side of the plates.... i forgot to take a picture as i was in shock.... strike 2tastewise.. i wouldn't say bad but definitely tasteless.. don't think they even add salt to the eggs. only flavour came from the small slice of salmon. for the coffee, bad, very bad. it tasted sour and not enough milk was given to cover the taste... definitely get the tea instead if you have no choice but to go there for food.. strike 3in the end, i ordered for extra milk.. but it never came oh well.. can't really expect much from there.all in all...strikes for both service and food. I can't think of any credits for them.. but to the owner of this restaurant.. i think you should revamp the whole management of this restaurant.. for the sake of respecting your customers and yourself as I swear that I will not come back for the second time.
