昨天去吃晚飯，過程中有一些食物我覺得不太理想，向員工反映，他們非常好，各位同事都有溝通，他們知道這件事都跟廚師跟進，主動幫我更換食物，再來的時候也有跟進。雖然都不太好，但係他們有解釋，我們理解和明白不是他們問題，但整個過程當中非常欣賞，非常有禮貌值得一讚。也很主動作出一些補償。其實都係一件好小事反映給他們聽，但他們有聆聽並作出好積極的跟進及回應所以我非常欣賞，在現今香港餐飲業，應該要值得一讚和支持。…Read More

有訂位，雖然平日，但係當晚生意很好，現在生意難做，也為餐廳高興。終於等到位，點知對着那一個位置是壞了冷氣，對住個燒烤爐實在太熱了，跟住同個應該係高級嘅員工，反映話真係好熱，佢非常之有耐性，即刻叫同事比杯冰水我，然之後話如果有位會盡量安排俾我，跟住又再跟進話俾我聽將會有二張枱就快走，我再問佢有冇冷氣，跟住佢話個位置起碼有幾部吹得到嘅，跟住就真係幫我換咗。當我哋想選擇那個二人套餐，但係下不了單，原來那個套餐其中一款菜式賣完了，本來我哋都想揀另一個菜單，但實在太多肉了，跟住同他反映，可唔可以將冇材料嗰個菜式換其他，跟住佢都好快話喺廚房決定，不過可以同佢問吓，結果又成功幫我哋換咗個食菜就可以繼續叫嗰個套餐。其他員工都非常有禮貌，服務都很好，食物質素不錯，份量也非常之足夠，值得推介，不過記得要訂位…Read More

I never write comments but I have to. I ordered $138 full day breakfast. I always have full day breakfast at different restaurants but never have 1.5 pieces of bread. They put the half under the full piece one. When I discover, I asked the staff. The staff here are cold and no smile. It doesn’t meanI need you to always smile but hospitality industry should be warmer a bit . A girl asked a guy and discussed a while and explained to me as the bread at some parts is larger and my full piece one is large so another one is half. I said how large of your whole bread, I put it on top and compare. Then they said will give me another one. When they gave me I asked do I need to return the half to you? The guy said no need.
