So we arrived for lunch at this restaurant, which was pretty vacant for some reason I never understood. We ordered two set lunch ( which proved to be a good decision), and the food we had was delicious. The Lobster Bao is kinda like a fusion dish, strong cheese and milky flavour served in minced lobster, gently placed on Bao. I would give a 8.5/10 for this one.The burger is marvellous. I’d never imagine such a French restaurant cooked a genuine best-in-town burger. The patty was juicy and well seasoned, baked just in time(for my medium rare) The onion, omg, never saw anything like that before, gotta try it. The cheese is perfect as well. I gotta give this a 10/10. The burger alone shall be a hit for the restaurant.The shrimp parmigiana is great as well. The only area for improvement might be the lobster shall have higher temperature when served otherwise the cheese above will become clumps.The environment is great as well. In line with any other fancy lately-furnished restaurant. Overall a very good choice for brunch.
