I ordered a bowlOf noodle soup 八聚會A for take out. It’s special price but I didn’t expect the quality to be so low.1) the noodle type is not what I ordered. (Default 手攪麵）2)there were around 4 bites of paper pieces sun the soup which at first I thought it’s chicken. It looks like it’s the order printed in ink and got thrown into the noodle also.Since it’s take out, I wouldn’t be able to show the restaurant staff nor would it be worthwhile for me to bring it to the shop. I tried to call the shop but it’s closing time so probably they are close already.The printer paper had printer ink on it ans it’s inside my noodle soup like lumps of tiny chicken bits. Something has changed. I haven’t visit this shop for over a year. The menu has changed but I have it a try today and got a big surprise.I ordered the a regular price ramen with the special red chili paste. The portion is surprisingly small with soup that only covers half a bowl. Although I was able to get extra noodle for $2 extra, there just aren’t enough soup. The addons such as bean sprouts or black fungus also or small portion. The Japanese pork slices (Char Siu) was thin. It looks like it’s one slice cut into 4 slices.Special toasted rice tea has been replaced with plain water. It’s a $99 afternoon tea noodle soup so it’s definitely not the discounted item.…查看更多

This is my favorite comfort food in Hong Kong. The intense flavor of the marinated chicken wings and beef tendons can make me happy in the most depressed day. The hot sauce is not really that hot and you will get used to it after a few try. If you are a new bie to their hot sauce, go easy on it and ask for the “small hot”.
